Quick start
Four steps to your first booking
From a new account to a page where clients book on their own. Each step is a short article.

Step 1
Create your account and choose your page address
You sign up on the “Sign Up” page: pick your bookly.me/… address, enter your email and a password, and confirm the email with a 4-digit code. After that you get a 14-day Team trial with no card, then the free Basic plan.

Step 2
Add your services
In the CRM, open “Services” → “Add Service” and fill in the name, price, duration and staff. Online booking only shows services with “Available for booking” turned on.

Step 3
Set your working hours
In the CRM, under “Working Hours”, set the hours for each day of the week, your breaks and your days off. Online booking only offers free time within this schedule, up to a year ahead.

Step 4
Share your booking link
Add a “Booking” tab or block to your page, then put your bookly.me/… link in your Instagram or TikTok bio and share the QR code. Test a booking as a client, but remember: on Basic every booking, even a cancelled one, counts toward the limit of 30.

No. A client opens your link in the browser, picks a service and a time, enters their name and phone number and confirms the number with an SMS code — no app and no account.

Yes, in “Plans & Billing” → “Manage subscription”. A higher plan starts right away with a top-up for the days left, a lower one from your next payment; your data doesn’t change.

Yes, on the Team plan: several specialists in one calendar, and each of them can sign in to the CRM with their own account. Team includes 3 staff members (the card marked «Admin» doesn’t count), and you can buy more seats.

Your plan stays on until the end of the paid period, then the salon moves to the free Basic plan. Your bookings, clients and pages stay, but they work within Basic limits.
