In the CRM, open “Services” → “Add Service” and fill in the name, price, duration and staff. Online booking only shows services with “Available for booking” turned on.

Who can do this. The salon owner and staff with “Full access”.

How to do it

  1. In the CRM, open “Admin” → “Workspace” → “Services”.
  2. Click “Add Service”.
  3. Type the name and choose the “Price type”: fixed, “from” or negotiable. Enter the price.
  4. “Duration” takes whole minutes, from 5 to 1440.
  5. Under “Assign staff”, tick everyone who does this service.
  6. If you need it, set “Extra booking time” before or after the booking — up to 240 minutes for setting up or cleaning. Online booking takes it into account when it looks for free time.
  7. Make sure “Available for booking” is on, and save the service.

Categories, photos and every service field are covered in Services and categories: price, duration, specialists. How extra time works exactly: Extra time before and after a service.

If something goes wrong

Clients can’t see the service

Online booking only shows services with “Available for booking” on: “When off, the service disappears from new bookings and the public booking page. Existing bookings stay.” Also check that the service is selected in the booking widget and has at least one staff member assigned. All the reasons: A client can’t book online: reasons and fixes.

“Whole minutes, from 5 to 1440.”

Duration is entered in whole minutes: from 5 minutes up to 1440, which is 24 hours.

Clients see “Sample services — booking is not connected yet.”

The CRM has no active service yet, so the widget shows a sample. Add a service using the steps above — what that message means.
