In the CRM, under “Working Hours”, set the hours for each day of the week, your breaks and your days off. Online booking only offers free time within this schedule, up to a year ahead.

Who can do this. The owner, “Full access” and “Manager” change everyone’s schedule. A “Master” changes only their own. A “Viewer” can’t change the schedule: the owner or a “Manager” sets the hours on their card.

How to do it

  1. In the CRM, open “Admin” → “Workspace” → “Working Hours”.
  2. Open the “Staff schedule” of the person you need.
  3. On the “Working Hours” tab, set the hours for each day of the week.
  4. On the “Breaks time” tab, add lunch and other breaks: “Breaks are automatically blocked on the calendar. Clients cannot book during break times.”
  5. On the “Specific dates” tab, set different hours or a day off for a particular date.
  6. On the “Time off” tab, mark the days the person will be away.

What clients see

Online booking works out free time from the schedule, specific dates, breaks, time off, existing bookings and the booking step. Clients can book up to a year — 365 days — ahead.

The “Booking Step Interval” is picked from a list in CRM → “General”: 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes, or 1 hour; the default is 30 minutes. The owner and “Full access” can change it. With a 30-minute step, clients see free slots like 12:00, 12:30, 13:00.

If something goes wrong

Clients see the wrong times

Check your salon’s time zone and “Specific dates”: “Other hours or a day off on a single date. These override the weekly schedule.”

A client booked right before the appointment time

Online booking offers any free time that hasn’t started yet. To stop bookings for today, make today a day off under “Specific dates”, or turn off “Accept bookings” in the booking widget settings for a while.

Closing bookings on a day off

On the “Specific dates” tab, set a day off for that date — and online booking offers nothing on that day.
