Payments and documents: receipts for your Bookly plan

All your Bookly payments are in “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents”: date, amount, status and receipt. After every payment you get a “Payment received” email with a link to the fiscal receipt, if the payment provider issued one.

All your Bookly payments are in “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents”: date, amount, status and receipt. After every payment you get a “Payment received” email with a link to the fiscal receipt, if the payment provider issued one.

Who can do this: the salon’s account owner.

Where to find your payments

  1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”. On a phone, open “Profile & Settings” → “Billings”.
  2. In the “Payments & documents” row, choose “View”.
  3. The list shows “Date”, “What”, “Amount”, “Status”, “Card” and the documents for each payment. The newest are on top, 20 at a time; “Show more” opens older ones.

The “What” column says what a payment was for: the plan and period, “Change to {plan}”, “Seats” or “SMS pack”. Card checks and payments that never completed aren’t listed. Until there are payments, you’ll see “No payments yet”.

What the statuses mean

  • “Paid” — the money arrived.
  • “Failed” — the payment never went through.
  • “Under review” — the payment’s details didn’t match what we expected, and we’re checking it on our side. If the status doesn’t change for a long time, contact support.
  • “Refunded” or “Partly refunded” — the money was returned in full or in part; such a payment has a “Refund receipt”.

Receipts and payment confirmations

  • “Receipt” — the payment provider’s fiscal receipt.
  • “Payment confirmation” — the payment provider’s confirmation of the payment.
  • “Refund receipt” — the fiscal receipt for money returned to you.
  • “Receipt is being issued…” — the provider hasn’t issued the receipt yet; it will show up here later.
  • “WayForPay emails the receipt” — WayForPay sends the receipt itself, by email.

With plata by mono, Bookly gets the fiscal receipts itself and shows them here, in “Payments & documents”.

The “Payment received” email

After every payment you get a “Payment received” email: the amount, the paid period, the card, the payment number and a link to the fiscal receipt, if the payment provider issued one. Payment and receipt emails are always sent; they can’t be turned off.

Bookly isn’t registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices.

If something doesn’t work

“Receipt is being issued…”

The payment provider is still preparing the fiscal receipt. We keep checking with the provider — the receipt shows up here as soon as it’s issued.

The receipt didn’t arrive by email

If you paid through WayForPay, WayForPay sends the receipt itself — check your spam folder. With plata by mono, the receipt is in “Payments & documents” and in the “Payment received” email.

I need a document for my accountant

For your accounts, use the receipt and the payment confirmation from “Payments & documents”. Invoices, VAT and Bookly’s company details for businesses are in For businesses: invoices, VAT and Bookly’s company details. If you need another document, contact support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

A payment isn’t in the list

Card checks and unfinished payments aren’t listed. If money was taken but there’s no payment, see Two charges or an unfamiliar charge from Bookly.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.
