Describe what happened…
I dragged a booking to Friday and got “Time conflict!”. Screenshot attached.

The CRM has a “Tasks” section right next to the calendar. Sort tasks into spaces and coloured statuses, choose assignees from your team, and set a priority and a due date.

You no longer say out loud who is doing what and by when: the board shows it. For a new line of work you open a space with “New space”, you name the columns in your own words, and to change a task’s status you drag its card to the next column. It is easier on your team too: an admin with the “Manager” or “Full access” level opens Tasks under their own sign-in, sees their own cards — and gets on with the work without asking you.
In the mobile CRM, Tasks has a tab of its own at the bottom of the screen, between the calendar and finance. A task opens full screen, so you add to it wherever life catches you — between clients or on the way — and never wonder whether you pressed Save.
Filters
Keep only what you need on the board: filters by status, assignee, priority and due date apply at once, and “Reset” shows every task again.
Checklist
Break a task into items and tick off the ones that are done. Progress such as 2/3 shows straight away, and new items go to the bottom of the list.
Due date
Pick the date and time in one window with a calendar and a time wheel. The “Overdue” filter gathers tasks whose due date has passed.
Autosave
Type the title and description as you would a note: Bookly saves your changes, and the “Saved” tag next to the status confirms it.
The “List” view shows the same tasks as a table. Rename a task right in its row, set the assignee, priority and date there too, and collapse a section you do not need right now.

Tasks
Comments open from the task’s card, together with a field for a new one. It is a handy place for decisions and progress notes, and a comment you no longer need is easy to delete.

A column’s colour shows the status at a glance, a priority sets urgent work apart from the rest, and a checklist breaks a big task into steps. A single switch turns the board into a list and back.

A short guide to tasks in the Bookly CRM. If your answer is not here, write to our team.
Contact usAny of the specialists you have added under “Staff”. They are the same people as in the booking calendar, and one task can go to several assignees.
Yes, that is what spaces are for. Each space has its own columns and tasks, and a new one starts with three columns you can rename and recolour as you like.
They do not disappear: the tasks move to the end of the first column of the space. The last column cannot be deleted.
Yes, by dragging. On the kanban board you can move a card within its column or to another one, and in the list you drag a row to another section. A new task appears at the end of its column.
The “Tasks” section is in the CRM side menu, in the “General” group, next to the calendar and finance. In the mobile CRM, tasks have a tab of their own in the bottom bar.
