Who comes most often — and who brings in the most

Bookly counts how much every client has spent, how many visits they have had and when they were last in. Sort the base by amount spent, then by last visit — and the people at the top are not the same.

Two different lists

Your most regular client and your most valuable one are rarely the same person, and Bookly shows you both

Client profile

One client in full: every visit with its price and status

The figure on the card is the total. The profile shows what it is made of: how many visits in all, which services and which specialists, and what every booking cost. Open a profile from the client list or straight from a booking card in the calendar.

Every booking on its own

The «Bookings» tab shows the service, the specialist, the time, the price and the status of each of the client’s bookings, newest first.

Tomorrow’s booking is not money yet

A future booking is there in the profile, but it counts towards neither «Spent» nor «Visits» until it has started: it can still be cancelled.

Why the two differ

The card total and the analytics total count different things

Both are right — they answer different questions. Here are all four places where they part.

All time against a period

«Spent» on the card is every visit the client has ever had. «Income by client» is the period you chose: a week, a month, a year or your own dates.

Held against paid

A visit that happened but was never marked as paid is already in «Spent». It is not in income by client: only paid bookings go there.

Add-ons

A product or an extra service sold with a booking goes into the income along with it. The client card counts the price of the booking alone, so the total there is smaller.

Prepayments

A prepayment becomes income of the period at once, but it is not added to the client, so that the same money is not counted twice — it arrives when the booking itself is paid.

Which clients brought in the most

In Finance, on the «Income» tab, eight clients by the sum of their paid bookings, with the number of visits, the average check under each name and the share of the client income of the period. On «Overview» the same people stand as the top five next to the most profitable services and specialists.

Amount and visits

How much a client paid over the period, and across how many paid bookings.

Average check

The amount divided by the visits. It shows who leaves more in one go and who simply comes more often.

Any period

Today, a week, a month, a year or your own dates — the queue of clients reorders along with the period.

Clients in figures

What Bookly counts for you

None of these figures has to be typed in and none has to be refreshed: they are recounted every time the page opens, so they never drift away from the bookings.

They are different numbers. The card holds every visit of that client for all time, paid or not, at the price of the booking itself. Analytics holds only the paid bookings of the chosen period, but with add-ons included. Both are counted from the same bookings; they simply answer different questions.

No, nowhere. A cancelled booking counts towards neither «Spent», nor «Visits», nor income by client. If it had already been paid, Bookly adds a refund, and the money leaves the client’s total as well.

For now there is sorting by amount spent, by last visit, by name and by the date a client was added. Sorting by the number of visits is on its way — the figure itself is already counted and shown on every card.

Nothing splits in two. Bookly matches numbers by their digits, so "+380 97 000 00 00" and "380974450023" are one card, and every visit gathers into it.

The base, or the current selection, exports to CSV — it carries both the last visit and the amount spent. A «not seen for N days» filter is on its way, so that such a list takes one click.

The client list, the card with visits and spend, the history and the CSV export are on every plan. The «Income by client» panel is where Finance is available.
