Your page QR code and Wallet business card

You download your page QR code in “Share” → “Share QR code”. The digital business card for Apple Wallet is made in “Business Card”: its QR code opens the page’s permanent short address.

How to do it

Your page QR code

1. Open the page in the editor and click “Share”: on a computer it’s the icon above the page preview on the right; on a phone it’s at the top of the editor.
2. Choose “Share QR code”.
3. Turn on “Show profile picture” if you like.
4. Click “Download QR code” — a PNG image is saved. On a phone, the share menu opens, or a new tab with the image: “The QR code opened in a new tab — long-press the image to save it.”

This QR code holds your plain page address (bookly.me/your-address). If you change the address, it stops working — download a new one then. Before printing, scan the code with someone else’s phone.

The Wallet business card

Your Bookly business card is digital: it lives in the Wallet on your phone, you show it, and people scan its QR code to land on your page.

1. Open “Business Card” in Multilink → the “Digital cards” tab.
2. Under “Card style”, choose the “Page” the card opens and fill in “Name on the card” and “Job title”.
3. Pick a “Background” — one of 8 colors or your own — and a “Banner”: “Glow”, “Waves”, “Dots”, “Stripes”, “Mascot” or “Photo from page”.
4. If you like, turn on “Business contacts on the back”: phones, address and logo come from your CRM settings.
5. Click “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet”. On a computer you’ll see a “Scan to add the card” QR code — point your phone camera at it; the link works for 15 minutes.

The card’s QR code opens your page’s permanent bkly.link short address, so the card keeps working after you change the page address. Source, medium and campaign UTM tags are added to the QR link automatically; you can add up to three of your own.

If something goes wrong

“Could not prepare the QR code. Please try again.”

The image wasn’t generated. Click “Download QR code” again. If it fails on your phone, try from a computer or another browser.

The QR code stopped working after an address change

A QR code from “Share” points to the old address, which now shows a 404. Download a new QR code and reprint it. The QR code on your Wallet card doesn’t need changing. More in “Changing your page address”.

The card link doesn’t open

The link for adding the card works for 15 minutes. If it’s been longer, click “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet” again and scan the new code.

No contacts on the back of the card

The contacts come from the CRM. If you see “Fill in the workspace contacts in CRM settings to use them here.”, add your phones and address in the CRM settings and come back to the card.
