Your Bookly pages: creating, limits and deleting

You create a new page on your Multilink dashboard with the “Add” button. How many pages you can have depends on your plan: up to 3 on Basic, unlimited on Pro and Team.

Who can do it, and on which plan

Pages are created and run by the account owner. Salon staff work in the CRM only and don’t have Multilink. The plan cards show the limit: Basic says “Up to 3 Bookly pages”, Pro says “Unlimited pages”. The “Views” counter for each page is on the dashboard on every plan.

How to do it

1. Open Multilink and go to “My links” — the dashboard with all your pages.
2. Click “Add”. While you have no pages yet, the button says “Add Page”.
3. In “Add a new page”, stay on the “Full Page” tab, pick “Personal page” and click “Create personal page”.
4. The editor opens with “Choose your page address”. Type the address in lowercase Latin letters and click “Save address”. If you click “Skip for now”, the page gets an address made from its own code, and you can set yours later in the settings.
5. Add your name, photo and a short bio, then add blocks with the “Add” button under the tab switcher.

On your phone

The editor works on your phone too. To create a page, tap “Add” in the bottom bar and choose “Page”. The rest is the same: “Personal page” → “Create personal page” → your page address.

Tabs inside a page

Every page has a tab switcher: “Links”, “Booking”, “Product”, “Review” and “Forms”. To add a tab, click “+” next to the switcher — “Add new page” opens — and turn on the one you need. A page can hold only one booking widget and one reviews page.

Deleting a page, and what happens next

1. Open the page in the editor and click “Settings” — the gear icon at the top. On the dashboard, the same item is in the page card’s menu.
2. In “General”, scroll down to “Delete page” and click “Delete this page”.
3. Type the page address to confirm and click “Delete permanently”.

The page, its blocks and images are deleted for good, and the public link stops working. A deleted page can’t be restored. The page’s bkly.link short address stops working too and is never given to anyone else.

If something goes wrong

“You’ve reached your plan’s page limit”

The full message reads: “You’ve reached your plan’s page limit (3/3). Upgrade to create more.” The numbers are how many pages you have and how many your plan allows. Delete a page you no longer need, or move to Pro or Team in Settings → “Plans & Billing”.

If you see “Page creation is not available on your plan. Upgrade or contact support.”, write to us. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

“Could not create the page. Try again.”

The page couldn’t be saved. Check your connection and try again in a minute. If it keeps happening, contact support and attach a screenshot.

No Multilink, or no “Add” button
