Add services in the CRM under Workspace → Services → Add Service: a name, a price, a duration from 5 minutes to 24 hours, and the specialists who do it. Online booking shows only services with “Available for booking” switched on.

If you’re just starting, read the short guide “Add your services” first. This article has all the details.

Who can do this

Services and categories are added and changed by the salon owner and by staff with Full access.

How to add a service

  1. In the CRM, open “Workspace” → “Services”.
  2. Click “Add Service”.
  3. Fill in the fields (see below) and click “Save”.
  • “Service image” — JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.
  • “Service name” — up to 120 characters.
  • “Category” — optional; a service without one goes under “No category”.
  • “Price type” — “Fixed price”, “Price from” or “Negotiable”. A negotiable service has no price: the form says “This service has no fixed price”.
  • “Price” (“Starting Price” for the “Price from” type).
  • “Duration” — whole minutes, from 5 to 1440, that is up to 24 hours.
  • “Assign staff” — who does the service; “Select all” adds everyone at once. Up to 50 specialists per service.
  • “Extra booking time” — minutes before or after the appointment, up to 240 each. How it works: Extra time before and after a service.
  • “Available for booking” — whether clients can be booked for this service.

The service card shows how many bookings it has and how many specialists do it.

On a phone

Open “More” → “Workspace” → “Services” and tap “Add”. At the top, choose “Service” or “Category”.

Categories

Categories group your services. Each has a name, a description, an “Accent color” and an icon.

  1. On the Services page, click “Add Categories”.
  2. Fill in the fields and save.
  3. In the services that belong there, pick this category in the “Category” field.

To change or delete a category, open its menu and choose “Edit category” or “Delete category” → “Delete for good?”. “Its services stay, without a category.”

How a service gets into online booking

“When off, the service disappears from new bookings and the public booking page. Existing bookings stay.” So:

  • clients see only services with “Available for booking” on; in the CRM a switched-off service is marked “Off”;
  • online booking offers only the specialists assigned to the service, and when a client picks several services, only those who do all of them;
  • a service with no specialist assigned doesn’t appear in online booking.

Other reasons a client can’t see a service or free time are covered in A client can’t book online.

If something goes wrong

“Whole minutes, from 5 to 1440.”

Enter the duration as a whole number of minutes: at least 5, at most 1440 (24 hours). For example, an hour and a half is 90.

“Enter a price like 500 or 499.99.”

The price field takes a number only, with cents after a dot, as in 499.99. If you agree the price with the client, choose the “Negotiable” type — then no price is needed.

“Could not load the services” or “Could not load the staff.”

The CRM couldn’t get the list. Check your connection and reload the page. If it keeps happening, contact support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

A service doesn’t show in online booking

Check that “Available for booking” is on and that at least one specialist is assigned to the service — see above.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.

  • Extra time before and after a service

Extra booking time is minutes before or after a service for preparation or cleanup. Online booking takes them into account when it looks for free time, but the booking itself doesn’t keep them.

  • Working hours, breaks and specific dates

Each specialist’s schedule is set in the CRM under “Workspace” → “Working Hours”: weekly hours, breaks and specific dates with other hours or a day off. Online booking offers only this time.

  • Time off, sick leave and absence requests

Time off is added in the specialist’s schedule under Time off: annual leave, sick leave, a personal day or a business trip. An employee’s request closes those days for booking at once, and once approved the days come off the leave balance.
