“Leads” collects requests from your page: bookings, form submissions and product orders. You work them on a board with the statuses “New”, “Contacted”, “Booked”, “Completed” and “Canceled”.

Who can use it

“Leads” is in both Multilink and the CRM — it’s the same screen. In Multilink, the owner works with it. In the CRM, it’s open to the owner and to staff with the “Full access” or “Manager” level. More on levels in “Staff access levels in the CRM”.

How to do it

  1. Open “Leads” in the Multilink or CRM menu. On your phone, in Multilink it’s under “More”.
  2. New requests land in the “New” column. A request’s type is “Booking”, “Form” or “Product”.
  3. Open a lead’s card to see the contacts and attachments, and get in touch: “Send Message” or “Call the client”.
  4. Drag the card to another column as things move on: “Contacted”, “Booked”, “Completed” or “Canceled”.

You can rename columns, change their colour and add your own. A column can only be deleted once its leads are moved elsewhere: “Move leads first” → “Move and delete”. A lead’s source is “Website”, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, “Referral”, “Phone” or “Other”.

Adding a lead by hand

Click “Add Lead”, fill in “Add lead” — name, phone or email, type, source, service, value, status and a note — and click “Add lead”. At least one contact is required: a phone or an email.

Email about a new lead

To get an email for every new request, turn on Settings → “Notifications” → “New leads”.

If something goes wrong

A lead won’t save

“Add a phone or an email” — fill in at least one of these fields. “Could not save the lead. Try again” — check your connection and click “Add lead” again. If the error keeps coming back, contact support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

Deleted a lead — how to get it back

Leads never disappear for good: “Deleted leads are kept here and can be restored. They are never erased.” Open “Archive”, find the lead and click “Back to review” — it returns to the board.

No leads, or new ones don’t show up

“No leads yet” — requests arrive once your page has booking, a form or a product and someone uses it. If you see “No leads match your current filters”, click “Clear all”. Also check the “Pages” filter: another page may be selected.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.

  • Removing a client: archive instead of delete

Clients aren't deleted — they are moved to the archive: they leave the list, but their bookings, payments and notes stay. Bring them back with "Restore" or with a new booking.

  • Exporting your client base

The "Export" button in "Clients" downloads your base as a CSV file with the same filters you see on screen. Only the owner and staff with "Full access" can export.

The "Import" button in "Clients" moves your client base over from a spreadsheet or another app. You can also add clients by hand, and everyone who books online appears in the base automatically.
