Bookly helps businesses in beauty salons turn interest into bookings, keep the day organised and stay in touch after the visit.

More new bookings

Turn interest into bookings that actually happen

Give clients a short way from looking at your services to a confirmed booking. They pick the service, the specialist and a time that suits them, with no calls and no long back-and-forth.

  • A page with services, prices and photos
  • Online booking open to clients 24/7
  • One link for your site, social media and messengers

Live availability helps clients pick a slot faster. Confirmations and automatic reminders make it far less likely that a booking is forgotten or a visit is missed.

  • Clients only see the hours that are free
  • New bookings appear in the calendar by themselves
  • Reminders go out before the visit
More returning clients

Turn a first visit into a long relationship

Keep the history of bookings and services, and the notes that matter, for every client. Use it to make the next visit personal, to remind them in time and to stay in touch.

Carla

Bookly team

Yes. In Finance you set a pay scheme for each stylist: Percent of the service, Fixed amount per booking or Monthly salary. Earnings are counted from paid bookings, and each stylist’s page shows the bookings behind the earnings.
hi we have 2 girls on the front desk taking calls and people book online too whats stopping two clients getting the same slot

Megan

Bookly team

Hi Megan! Bookly checks for overlaps the moment a booking is saved, whether your front desk adds it or a client books online, so one slot can’t be taken twice. If someone drags a booking onto a busy time, the calendar shows “Time conflict!” with an Undo button.

Yes. Create an account and try the core of the platform for free before you move to a paid plan.

A basic page with services and working hours takes a few minutes. Specialists, forms and reminders can follow whenever it suits you.

Yes, the plan changes in the settings at any moment. Your bookings, clients and page stay where they are.

For any business that works by appointment: from a single specialist to a team across several locations.

No. The booking page, the calendar, the client base and reminders are part of Bookly, so there is no separate website and no third-party tools.

Yes. The client gets a confirmation right after booking and a reminder before the visit, so the appointment is not forgotten.

The data stays in your account, and you can export the client base and the booking history. We do not delete it the moment you cancel.

Online booking for beauty salons

Bookly is a Ukrainian online booking and CRM service for beauty salons: clients pick the service, the stylist and a genuinely free time themselves, every stylist’s schedule lives in one calendar, and each client’s visits and notes stay in the CRM.

A salon’s day is made of small interruptions: a client asks in DMs whether Friday has a slot, the front desk goes looking in the book, the stylist checks how long the service takes, all while the previous client is still in the chair. Each of those exchanges costs a few minutes, and together they cost an hour a day.

A booking page moves that work to the client’s side. It shows the services, the prices, the stylists and the hours that are genuinely free. The client picks, gets a confirmation and a reminder before the visit, and the booking lands in the salon calendar with the service, the stylist and the length already on it.

Stylists’ schedules live in one calendar, so bookings cannot overlap, and breaks and days off simply never show as free. In a salon with several chairs and services of different lengths, that is the part of the order which otherwise lives in the front desk’s head.

The CRM keeps the history of visits, services and notes for every client: which colour, which sensitivities, what they asked for last time. A month later that is where the next booking starts, and the reason to remind them about a repeat service in time, rather than after they have found another salon.
