Bookly is a Ukrainian platform for people who live by a schedule: salons, independent professionals, studios and private specialists. We build one tool instead of five separate services.

Bookly at a glance

What it is: Bookly (bookly.me) is a Ukrainian online booking and CRM service for salons, independent professionals, clinics and specialists.
What works today: A business page with online booking: clients pick the service, the specialist and a free slot themselves. With it, a QR code and an Apple Wallet business card.

A booking calendar that guards against double bookings: online bookings appear in it at once.

Work schedules, breaks and time off — online booking offers only free time.

A client base with visit history, notes and CSV export; leads, tasks and reviews next to it.

Finances: income and expenses, recurring ones included, and analytics with a forecast.

Professional mode in Finance, on the Pro and Team plans: an operations journal, the “Profit and loss” report, a change log and exports to Excel, CSV and PDF.

For a team, on the Team plan: several specialists in the calendar, staff pay, and a CRM sign-in of their own for up to 3 staff members.

The workspace runs in the browser — on a computer and on a phone.
What we are preparing: SMS reminders and booking messages to clients.

Online payments and deposits for a visit.

iOS and Android apps — for now the workspace opens in the phone’s browser.
Plans: Basic — free forever: up to 30 bookings a month, 1 specialist.

Pro — $15 / mo: unlimited bookings, 1 specialist.

Team — $33 / mo: several specialists in the calendar, staff access to the CRM for up to 3 people.

How it started

It began with a simple observation: someone who is good at their craft spends hours not doing it. Bookings in messengers, reminders by hand, a paper client list, a separate spreadsheet for the money — and no whole picture anywhere.

We spent a few years watching how this works from the inside, and described the product in full before a single line of code. Bookly grew out of that — not out of "let us build another CRM", but out of a list of things that steal time every day.

One instead of five

The booking page, the calendar, the clients and the money belong in one place. Apart, the data drifts and none of it can be trusted.
Honest about what is ready

In “Bookly at a glance” we keep what works today apart from what we are still preparing. Promising a capability that is not there costs more than an honest "soon".
Clear first

A feature that needs a manual is not finished. We rework it until it is obvious.
Your data is yours

Your clients and bookings belong to you. The client base can be exported to CSV, and deleting an account removes it together with all the data linked to it.
