Do clients need an app?
No. A client opens your link in the browser, picks a service and a time, enters their name and phone number and confirms the number with an SMS code — no app and no account.

No. A client opens your link in the browser, picks a service and a time, enters their name and phone number and confirms the number with an SMS code — no app and no account.
How a client books
- They open your bookly.me/… link in any browser — on a phone or a computer.
- They pick a service and a time.
- Under “Your Information” they enter their “Name” and “Phone”, plus a note if they like. The form has no email field.
- They confirm the number with a 4-digit SMS code. Codes only go to Ukrainian numbers (+380).
- They see “Booking request sent” or “Booking confirmed”, depending on how you set up confirmation, and can save the visit to their own calendar with “Add to calendar”.
What a client needs
A phone or a computer with internet access, and a phone number for the code. No sign-up, no app and no email address.
If something goes wrong
A client doesn’t get the SMS code

A client asks whether they’re booked

Yes, in “Plans & Billing” → “Manage subscription”. A higher plan starts right away with a top-up for the days left, a lower one from your next payment; your data doesn’t change.

Yes, on the Team plan: several specialists in one calendar, and each of them can sign in to the CRM with their own account. Team includes 3 staff members (the card marked «Admin» doesn’t count), and you can buy more seats.

What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan stays on until the end of the paid period, then the salon moves to the free Basic plan. Your bookings, clients and pages stay, but they work within Basic limits.
