Client deposits: recording them in Finance

A deposit is recorded in Finance → “Add operation” with the Deposit type: amount, client, staff member, service and payment method. Clients don’t pay online yet — you take the deposit yourself and only enter it in your records.

Payments and documents: receipts for your Bookly plan

All your Bookly payments are in “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents”: date, amount, status and receipt. After every payment you get a “Payment received” email with a link to the fiscal receipt, if the payment provider issued one.

For businesses: invoices, VAT and Bookly’s company details

You can pay for your Bookly plan on behalf of a sole proprietor or a company — by card, just like a personal one. The documents for each payment are in “Payments & documents”, no VAT is charged, and Bookly’s details are on the “Legal & contact details” page.

Basic, Pro and Team plans: what’s the difference

Basic is free: up to 30 bookings a month and one specialist. Pro removes the booking limit and adds advanced analytics and the professional mode in Finance, while Team adds several specialists, staff pay and CRM access for your staff.

After you sign up, a Team trial runs for 14 days — no card and no payment. Then the salon moves to the free Basic plan on its own, and all your data stays where it is.

How to pay for your Bookly plan: country and payment method

Pay for your Bookly plan in “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”: choose a plan and a period, then your country and payment method — plata by mono (autopay from your card) or WayForPay (each period paid by link). Tick the box to agree to the offer and pay on the provider’s page.

How your subscription renews

With autopay (plata by mono), Bookly charges your card at the end of each period. With pay by link (WayForPay), nothing is charged: the link comes by email 3 days before the period ends and on its last day.

Two charges or an unfamiliar charge from Bookly

Most often it’s a separate payment for extra Team seats, a top-up for moving to a higher plan, or a payment that is still processing. Check it in “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents”; if you really were charged twice, write to us and we’ll refund it.

How to change or remove the card for your Bookly plan

With plata by mono, a new card is saved when you pay for your plan with it using the “Pay” button — the card can’t be swapped on its own. With WayForPay we don’t keep a card: you pay each period by link with any card.

How to change your plan or billing period

A higher plan starts right away: you only pay for the days left. A lower plan or a new billing period (month ↔ year) starts with your next payment, and nothing is charged today.

How to cancel or resume your subscription

Go to “Plans & Billing” → “Manage subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. Your plan stays on until the end of the paid period, nothing more is charged, and until that date you can resume the subscription with one button.

Paying for extra Team seats

A new seat is first paid pro rata until the end of the current billing month, then monthly together with your plan. On a yearly Team plan, seats are billed separately every month; unpaid seats are turned off after 7 days, and the plan carries on.

SMS in your plan and SMS packs

Paid plans come with a monthly SMS limit that renews on the 1st. If that’s not enough, buy a pack in “Plans & Billing” → “Buy SMS package”: SMS from a pack don’t expire.

Refunds for your Bookly plan

We don’t refund payments for Bookly plans or SMS packs — neither for unused days nor after you cancel. A charge made by mistake or twice is refunded in full: email support@bookly.me with the date and amount of the payment.

Your plan was granted by the Bookly team

If “Plans & Billing” says “Granted by the administrator”, the Bookly team turned the plan on for you, and it can’t be paid for or changed in the product. To change anything, contact support.
