Add a “Booking” tab or block to your page, then put your bookly.me/… link in your Instagram or TikTok bio and share the QR code. Test a booking as a client, but remember: on Basic every booking, even a cancelled one, counts toward the limit of 30.

How to do it

Add “Booking” to your page

  1. Open your page in Multilink.
  2. Add the “Booking” section — that’s where the booking widget lives. It doesn’t appear by itself: the setup after signing up doesn’t create it.
  3. Choose the services and staff in the widget — how to set up the widget.

A page can have only one booking widget.

Put the link in your bio

  1. In the page editor, click the Share icon — the “Share your Bookly page” window opens.
  2. “Copy Link” puts your bookly.me/… address on the clipboard.
  3. “Add Link to Socials”: pick a platform and follow the “Add Bookly to your … bio” steps — paste the link into your profile’s Website field and save.

To send the link in a post, a message or a newsletter, use “Share with your followers”.

Share the QR code

“Share QR code” → “Download QR code”. “Let people open your page by scanning QR code” — print it on business cards, receipts or a sticker by the till.

This QR code holds your page address. If you change the address later, the old QR code leads to a 404 page — download a new one.

Test a booking as a client

Open your link in a private browser window and book as a client would: you’ll see which services and times are offered and what a client sees after booking.

On Basic, that booking counts toward the monthly limit: “Every booking created counts, cancelled ones included. The counter resets on the 1st.” So a test booking uses one of your 30, even if you cancel it afterwards. More in 30 bookings a month on Basic: how they are counted.

If something goes wrong

Clients see “Sample services — booking is not connected yet.”

The widget shows a sample because the CRM has no active service yet. Add a service and assign a staff member to it — more about that message.

“This page already has a booking widget.”

A page can have only one booking widget. Set up the one that’s already there, or make a separate page for another line of work.

The link doesn’t open
