You keep on the menu what clients come back for

You see which services clients choose again and again, and which aftercare they take home. So the favourites stay on the menu, and your client finds a free slot for hers faster.

14 days. No card. No commitment

No guessing

You don’t guess what stays on the menu

The services clients choose again and again sit in one list with their sum for the period. So what to show more prominently, what to offer more often and what to let go, you decide by what people actually choose — not by a feeling after one good week. And your client knows her favourite is not going anywhere.

Products in a booking

The cream she took home is on the same receipt

In the booking window, under “Add-ons”, click “Add extra service or products” and open the “Products” tab. The aftercare your client takes home becomes a line of the same booking. You don’t have to remember a separate sale, and she doesn’t have to wait while you work it out.

  • The price comes from the product card — no typing it
  • One booking can hold several products and services
  • The same window is in the mobile CRM too
Most profitable

What is chosen most, and what of it stays with you

The “Most profitable: services” list puts “Profit” and “Margin” next to every service. If you keep your specialists’ pay in Bookly, profit is counted after their share; if not, it equals the sum. So you see which service deserves more slots, and clients find a free slot for their favourite more often.

  • Margin is the share of the sum left after your specialists’ pay, in percent
  • A service’s row counts the products added to its bookings
  • The same period as the rest of the analytics

What clients take home with them

A shampoo after colouring or a cuticle oil after a manicure — a small joy your client carries home. Here is what Bookly shows you about it.

What they take most

How many of each product were sold over the period and for how much — in a list of its own, next to the services.

How much is left on the shelf

In “Materials”, every product card has “On hand stock” and a “Reorder point” — a line you set yourself. You see when it is time to restock what clients come in for.

The price fills itself

As soon as you pick a product in a booking, the “Sales price” from its card goes onto the receipt and stays there, even if you change the price later. Your client pays exactly what she saw.

A guide from your Bookly page

A guide or a checklist your client bought on your Bookly page counts too: how many times it was taken, and for how much.

Payment methods

Your client pays her way — you see which way

The “Payment methods” ring shows what share of the period’s income came by card, in cash, online or some other way. So whether to accept one more way to pay is a decision by numbers, not by ear — and your client pays the way she is used to.

A terminal is a “Card”

A terminal payment marked on a booking goes to “Card”: it is the same card, so it has no segment of its own.

“Online” and “Other” are your operations

They appear when you add an income operation yourself in Finance and choose how it was paid.

From numbers to the menu

Three steps to keep what clients love within reach.

1

See what is chosen

Open “Income by service” and “Most profitable: services” for a month or a year.

2

Give the favourite room

Give that service a visible place on your page and open more slots for it in the schedule.

3

Check a month later

See whether clients book it more often and find a free slot for it more easily.

From paid bookings. When you mark a payment, the booking with everything in it goes into the analytics. A product or an extra service you added to a booking counts in its main service’s row of “Income by service”.

Yes. A separate list shows how many of each product were sold over the period and for how much. So you see which aftercare clients come back for, and which one you can stop ordering.

If you keep your specialists’ pay in Bookly, “Profit” is the sum of a service minus what they earned on its bookings. “Margin” is that same difference as a percentage of the sum. If you don’t keep pay in Bookly, profit equals the sum. Rent, supplies and other expenses are not in this figure — the “Profit” tile on the Overview tab takes them off.

In “Card”: a terminal payment is the same card, so the ring has no segment for it.

The payment becomes a refund: it leaves the service’s income and its payment method and shows in the “Refunds” tile. There is nothing to correct by hand.

They count too. Your client buys a guide or a checklist on your Bookly page, and you see how many times it was taken, for how much, and how often its storefront was opened.
