The sign-in code doesn’t arrive

The sign-in code always goes to your account email — even if you typed your username or phone number. Check your spam folder, wait a minute and request a new one; if that doesn't help, sign in with your password.

Too many attempts: why Bookly asks you to wait

After several mistakes in a row, Bookly briefly slows down sign-in, and the message on the screen tells you how long to wait. The pause always ends on its own, and the right password resets the count.

Code sign-in is temporarily locked

After 6 wrong codes within a day, Bookly locks code sign-in: first for an hour, the second time for a day. Your password works as usual, and signing in with it lifts the lock straight away.

Forgot your password: reset or change it

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password or username?”, enter your email and open the link from the email within 60 minutes. If you remember your password, you can change it in Settings → Security.

2FA codes by SMS

The 2FA code by SMS goes only to a Ukrainian number (+380) verified in your profile. One code is valid for 12 hours, and after you change your number, SMS codes are paused for 48 hours.

Lost the phone with 2FA: how to sign in

Sign in with a backup code: on the code screen, click “Use a recovery code”. As soon as you're in, connect the authenticator app on your new phone and create new backup codes.

How to change your account email

Go to Settings → Security → Change email, enter the new address and the 4-digit code we send to it. Your email changes only after you enter the code.

Personal account or company account

In My Profile you can choose the account type: Personal (your name and username) or Company (the company name and logo). The change is confirmed with a link we email you.

How to hand your account over to someone else

There's no separate “transfer account” button: the owner is whoever's email is on the account. Change the account email to the new owner's address and leave the plan and the card as they are: the new owner replaces the card with their own after the handover.
