Performance

Performance is not a mark for effort, it is the bookings, the hours and the money the CRM has already counted

Your team in numbers

Numbers you no longer count by hand

Bookly takes them from the bookings, schedules and payments you already keep in the CRM.

Bookings this month

The specialist’s card shows how many bookings they have this month. Cancelled bookings are not counted.

Workload

The percentage shows how much of this month’s scheduled time is taken by bookings. The colour of the bar tells you who has almost no free time left.

Bookings for a period

Pick a specialist and a period in Bookings, and Bookly shows the number of bookings, the total of completed ones and how many are still ahead.

On your phone too

Specialist cards, finance analytics and everyone’s earnings page are all in the mobile version of the CRM.

Bookings

How much each gets through, over any period

In Bookings, pick a specialist and a period — and Bookly shows the summary of that selection: how many bookings are in it, what the completed ones have earned and what is still ahead.

  • The «Staff» and «Period» filters side by side
  • The summary counts the selection, not the whole base
  • What is done and what is booked, apart
Hours

The hours the workload is measured against

Workload is a fraction, and you set its denominator: the hours of the schedule for the month. The «Work schedule» window shows «Total for the week», and the Working Hours table shows the hours of the whole team for each day.

  • The week or the month of the whole team
  • Sorting by the number of hours
  • Specific dates take priority over the weekly rule
Honestly

We show the work, not a mark for the person

Every figure on this page has its source in the bookings, the schedules and the payments you already keep. Nothing is scored and nothing is invented.

Where the figures come from

Workload is the booked minutes against the scheduled minutes of the current month. Revenue is the paid bookings of a specialist over the period you choose. Hours are the schedule, where specific dates take priority over the weekly rule.

What is not here

No ratings, no scores, no KPIs. A cancelled booking creates no workload. Breaks and time off do not shrink the schedule the percentage is measured against, so it is understated rather than overstated.

What Bookly counts for you

Not promises: what already works in the CRM, on every plan.

States of the workload bar

Green under 60%, brand under 90%, danger above. You see at a glance who has no free time left.

5

Specialists in «Most profitable»

The first five by profit — the revenue of their bookings less the share counted for them.

Ready-made periods

Today, the week, the month, the year and your own dates — plus any range of your own.

Who on the team brings in the most

In Finance, the «Income» tab shows the revenue of the paid bookings of each specialist, and the «Overview» tab the first five by profit. The period is yours: today, the week, the month, the year or your own dates.

Revenue by staff

The sum and the count of the paid bookings of each specialist over the period you choose.

Most profitable

The first five by profit: the revenue of a specialist less the share counted for her.

Any period

Today, the week, the month, the year or your own dates — the queue reshuffles with the period.

It is the booked minutes of a specialist for the current month divided by the minutes of the schedule for the same month. Specific dates take priority over the weekly rule, and the ceiling is 100%.

No. A cancelled booking frees its slot, so it creates no workload and is not counted among the bookings of the month.

They are different figures. Revenue is what clients paid for those bookings. Pay is what was counted out of that under the pay terms. The difference between them is the profit the «Most profitable» list is built on.

No. A specialist with their own CRM sign-in (the “Master” level) sees their own bookings and schedule, but not the figures on the cards. The owner and the “Manager” and “Full access” levels see the workload; only the owner and those with “Full access” see income and pay.

Yes, Finance compares periods by totals. A comparison per specialist is being added.

The staff card with its bookings and workload and the Working Hours table are on every plan. The finance analytics is where Finance is.
