What data Bookly keeps

Bookly keeps your account details, your pages, bookings and clients, and the payment history of your plan. We never receive your full card number or CVV — you enter them only on the payment provider’s page.

How to export your data

You export your client base in the CRM: “Clients” → “Export” (a CSV file) — the owner and staff with “Full access” can do it. Finance exports to Excel, CSV or PDF in Professional mode, and your plan receipts are in “Payments & documents”.

How to delete your data from Bookly

Delete your account: “Settings” → “Security” → “Deactivate account” → “Delete account permanently”, then type DELETE. For 30 more days the account can be restored through support; after that its data is deleted.

Never send your code, password or card details

Bookly support never asks for your password, a code from an email or a text message, or your card number. If someone asks for them on Bookly’s behalf, it isn’t us — change your password and check your active sessions.
