Pay for your Bookly plan in “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”: choose a plan and a period, then your country and payment method — plata by mono (autopay from your card) or WayForPay (each period paid by link). Tick the box to agree to the offer and pay on the provider’s page.

Who can do this: only the salon’s account owner pays for the plan — for any other account Bookly answers “The owner manages the plan”.

How to do it

  1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”.
  2. Choose the “Upgrade to…” button with the price, or “View all plans & features”, and pick a plan. The “Monthly” / “Yearly” switch sets the billing period.
  3. On the “Payment method” step, check “Country of residence” and choose how to pay: plata by mono or WayForPay. Choose “Next”.
  4. On the “Confirm payment” screen, check the “Due today” amount and the date of the next payment. Tick “I agree to the offer and auto-renewal” (plata by mono) or “I agree to the offer” (WayForPay).
  5. Choose “Pay” — the payment provider’s page opens. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  6. After paying you come back to Bookly: first “Checking the payment…”, then “Done” and “{plan} is on.” You also get a “Your subscription is active” email.

On a phone

Open the “Profile & Settings” menu → “Billings”. The rest of the steps are the same.

Country of residence

Bookly detects your country itself and shows “Detected automatically. You can change it.” If you live somewhere else, change it: the list only has the countries where there are ways to pay. Below it you’ll see “Available payment methods in {country}:”.

While a subscription is active, the country can’t be changed: the subscription is tied to its payment provider.

If you see “Payments from this country are not available yet”, there’s no way to pay from the country you picked yet. Check that the country is right — and see Payment errors.

plata by mono or WayForPay

If you want payments to go through by themselves, choose plata by mono (monobank); if you’d rather pay by link yourself each time, choose WayForPay.

plata by mono — autopay

“Autopay: we charge your card from then on. Cancel any time.” You make the first payment on the plata by mono page, and your card is saved. After that, Bookly charges it at the end of each period. Payments are in hryvnias only: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. This option is marked “Recommended”.

“No saved card: you pay each period yourself by the link from our email.” We don’t keep your card and never charge it ourselves. The link for the next period comes by email 3 days before the paid period ends and once more on its last day. You can also pay with the “Pay” button in the “Plans & Billing” tab.

Both payment pages take a Visa or Mastercard card from any bank — PrivatBank, monobank or another — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paying with PayPal or by bank transfer isn’t available yet.

The “Plans & Billing” tab shows how your subscription is paid: “Paid via {name}”.

Confirmation and the offer

The confirmation screen shows the seller and company details, the “Due today” amount, the date and amount of the next payment, and “Cancel any time. No refunds.” The amount on this screen is valid for 15 minutes, and the payment page for 30 minutes. If you run out of time, Bookly simply works the amount out again.

You enter your card details only on the payment provider’s page: Bookly sees just the masked card number.

If something doesn’t work

“Your payment is processing — we will email you.”

The payment provider hasn’t answered yet. Don’t pay a second time: Bookly checks with the provider itself and emails you the result. You can also choose “Check again”. More in Two charges or an unfamiliar charge from Bookly.

“Payment failed”

The screen shows why, for example “The bank declined the payment. Try another card.” What to do in each case is in Your Bookly plan payment failed: retries, 7 days of access and 3-D Secure.

If a charge for your Bookly plan fails, the plan stays on for 7 more days, and Bookly tries the charge again on day 1, 3 and 5. Pay with the “Pay” button in the “Plans & Billing” tab; without a payment the salon moves to Basic, and your data stays.
