On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password or username?”, enter your email and open the link from the email within 60 minutes. If you remember your password, you can change it in Settings → Security.

How to reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password or username?”.
  2. On the “Forgot your password?” screen, enter your account email and click “Send the link”.
  3. Open the “Reset your Bookly password” email and click “Set a new password”. The link works for 60 minutes.
  4. Choose a new password: at least 8 characters, upper and lower case, a number and a symbol. Repeat it and click “Save password”.
  5. You’ll see “Your password has been reset. You can now log in.” — sign in with the new password.

While you wait for the email, you can sign in without a password: click “Email me a code” on the sign-in page.

How to change your password in the settings

  1. Open Settings → Security → Password and click “Change password”.
  2. Enter your current password, then the new one, and repeat it in “Confirm New Password”.
  3. Click “Apply changes”. You’re done when you see “Password changed.”

Don’t remember the current password? Click “Forgot current password? Reset it” (on a phone, “Reset it”) and reset the password by email as described above.

“Passwords do not match” means the new password and its repeat are different: type both again. If you see “Could not change your password.”, check your current password and the rules for the new one, then try again.

If something goes wrong

“If this email is registered, we have sent a password reset link.”

You get this answer for any address — so nobody can find out who has a Bookly account. If the email doesn’t come, check your spam folder and make sure you entered your account’s own address. You can request a new email no more than once every 60 seconds.

The link in the email works for 60 minutes. Request a new email and open the link from it.

“Your password has been reset. You can now log in.” — but you can’t

Type the new password rather than the old one your browser may fill in. If two-factor authentication is on, Bookly will ask for a code after the password.

The reset email never arrives

Write to support from your account email. Write any time — we reply during working hours. Support can change your account password — then all sessions end and you’ll need to sign in again on every device. Never send your password or codes: support doesn’t need them.
