On Basic you can create 30 bookings per calendar month, cancelled ones included. After the 30th, new bookings — in the CRM and online — are unavailable until the 1st of next month; Pro and Team have no limit.

What counts

  • Every booking created this month — online and in the CRM, for all of the salon’s specialists.
  • Cancelled and archived bookings too: their place in the limit is already used.
  • Edits that count as a new booking: another client, a declined booking brought back, a completed or past booking moved into the future.

Bookings created before the limit appeared don’t count. The month is a calendar month in Kyiv time — the same for every salon — so changing the salon’s time zone doesn’t open a new month.

The counter

The calendar header — on a computer and on a phone — shows how many of the 30 bookings were created this month, for example “Bookings this month: 12 of 30”. The “i” button next to it (“How bookings are counted”) explains: “Every booking created counts, cancelled ones included. The counter resets on the 1st.”

At the 24th booking the owner gets a notification once a month: “Used 24 of 30 bookings this month”.

What happens after the 30th

  • The CRM won’t create new bookings: “The limit of 30 bookings a month is used up. New bookings open on … Upgrade to Pro for no limits.”
  • The online widget closes straight away: clients see “Online booking is temporarily unavailable. Please call or message the salon.” and a “Call” button.
  • When a client runs into the closed widget, you get a “The limit of 30 bookings is used up” notification: “A client could not book online. New bookings, online ones included, open on …” — at most once a day.
  • Existing bookings work as usual: you can view them and change their status and payment.

How to do it: remove the limit

  1. Click “Upgrade to Pro” in the limit message, or open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”.
  2. Choose Pro or Team — they have no booking limit, and the widget takes bookings again.

Or wait for the 1st: the counter resets by itself.

One more Basic limit

One phone number or one internet connection can make no more than 2 online bookings with your salon in 24 hours, so that a stranger can’t use up the salon’s limit. The client then sees “You have already booked today. To book again, please contact the salon.” (see A client can’t book online).

If something goes wrong

The limit ran out sooner than I expected

Check what else went into the counter: cancelled and archived bookings, test bookings, declined bookings brought back, bookings moved from the past into the future. They all count.

The counter didn’t reset at midnight on the 1st

The month is counted in Kyiv time. If your salon is in another time zone, the limit resets at midnight Kyiv time.

I can’t bring back a declined booking

On Basic, bringing back a declined booking counts as a new booking. Once the limit is used up, it can’t be brought back until the 1st or until you upgrade to Pro.
