Services and categories: price, duration, specialists

Add services in the CRM under Workspace → Services → Add Service: a name, a price, a duration from 5 minutes to 24 hours, and the specialists who do it. Online booking shows only services with “Available for booking” switched on.

Extra time before and after a service

Extra booking time is minutes before or after a service for preparation or cleanup. Online booking takes them into account when it looks for free time, but the booking itself doesn’t keep them.

Working hours, breaks and specific dates

Each specialist’s schedule is set in the CRM under “Workspace” → “Working Hours”: weekly hours, breaks and specific dates with other hours or a day off. Online booking offers only this time.

Time off, sick leave and absence requests

Time off is added in the specialist’s schedule under Time off: annual leave, sick leave, a personal day or a business trip. An employee’s request closes those days for booking at once, and once approved the days come off the leave balance.

Materials and products: stock and selling in a booking

In the CRM, “Workspace” → “Materials” keeps your products and supplies: prices, stock and a reorder point. You can sell a product in a booking as an add-on, but the stock doesn’t go down by itself.

Archive or delete: services, materials, staff, clients

Anything with history — bookings, payments, payroll — isn’t deleted in Bookly but archived or switched off, so your reports stay correct. Services and materials can be deleted for good: old bookings keep their name and price.
