How to sign in: password, email code or a social account

On the sign-in page, enter your email, username or phone, then your password — or choose “Email me a code”. You can also sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple; one sign-in opens both Multilink and the CRM.

How to invite an employee to the CRM

In the CRM, open Staff, then the employee’s card, and turn on CRM access: choose an access level and send the invitation by email or as a link. The invitation is valid for 7 days; staff access comes with the Team plan.

Staff access levels in the CRM

Each employee gets one of four levels: Full access, Manager, Master or Viewer. You change the level on their card and it applies at once; only the salon owner can grant or remove Full access.

My Profile: name, avatar, phone, language and theme

In Settings → My Profile you change your name, avatar, username, phone number (confirmed with a code by SMS), account language and time zone. The theme is in the account menu, and “Currency” only affects Bookly’s own prices.

Why an employee sees only the CRM

A salon staff account opens only the salon’s CRM: Multilink, pages and plan settings are closed to it. Sign in to the CRM at crm.bookly.me in a browser, with the email you joined the salon with.

The CRM is view-only: why and what to do

The CRM turns view-only when your plan couldn’t be checked, the account is suspended, or the salon’s plan has no CRM — Basic, Pro and Team all include it, so that only happens with a plan set up by the Bookly team. On Basic the CRM works, with Basic’s limits.

An employee leaves: turn off access, archive or delete

Turn off the employee’s CRM access: they lose it at once on every device. A card with bookings or payroll history isn’t deleted but archived, so the history stays and the card no longer takes a seat.
