Every device you’re signed in on is listed in Settings → Security: on a computer under Active Sessions, on a phone under Device Activity. You can end any session there, and on a computer you can sign out of all devices at once.

How to see where you’re signed in

On a computer

  1. Open Settings → Security.
  2. Find the “Active Sessions (…)” block. Each device shows when it was last used (“Last seen …”); the browser you’re using right now is marked “Current session”.
  3. To see them all, click “Show all sessions (…)”.

On a phone

Open Settings → Security → Device Activity. It lists the same sessions, and your phone is marked “Current session”.

If you see “Could not load active sessions.”, refresh the page.

How to end a session

  1. Next to the device, click the cross (“End session”).
  2. In the “End active session” window, click “Remove session”.

The device is signed out of your account and will need to sign in again. “If this wasn’t you, we recommend changing your password.” If you see “Could not end that session.”, refresh the page and try again.

How to sign out of all devices

  1. On a computer, open Settings → Security.
  2. Below the Active Sessions list, click “Log out of all devices”.
  3. Confirm: “Log out of all devices? All other active sessions will end immediately.”

The device you clicked the button on stays signed in — all the others are signed out.

How long you stay signed in

  • A session lasts up to 30 days from sign-in — after that, just sign in again.
  • Deactivating your account ends all sessions at once.
  • Support can see your account’s sessions too and can end them.

If something goes wrong

There’s a device you don’t recognise

“Unknown device” only means Bookly couldn’t identify the device or browser. But if you don’t recognise a session, end it, change your password and turn on two-factor authentication. Never send your password or codes to anyone — even if they write on behalf of Bookly.

I keep getting signed out

A sign-in lasts up to 30 days. You’re also signed out if your session was ended from another device or someone clicked “Log out of all devices” there. Sign in again; if it keeps happening for no reason, check your active sessions and change your password.
