In “Short Links” you can create a short bkly.link address for any link and see how many clicks it gets. A deleted short address is never given to anyone again.

Who can do it, and on which plan

Short links are created by the owner. The top of the section shows how many you can make: “Unlimited” or “N left on your plan”. Only links you create here count: links on your pages get short addresses automatically, and you’ll find those in “Analytics”.

How to do it

  1. Open “Short Links” in Multilink. On your phone, it’s in the “More” menu.
  2. Paste an address, for example https://example.com/page, and click “Create short link”.
  3. The new link appears in the list with the “Destination”, “Short link”, “Clicks” and “Status” columns. Copy it with “Copy”.

Each link has “Copy”, “Open”, “Deactivate” (or “Activate”) and “Delete”. Apart from this section, every page has its own permanent short address — see “Changing your page address”.

If something goes wrong

A short link shows “Link not found”

That’s what a deactivated or deleted short link looks like: “Link not found” and “This short link does not exist or is no longer active.” If it’s deactivated, its “Status” says “Inactive” — click “Activate”. A deleted link can’t be restored.

“Plan limit reached”

You’ve created as many short links as your plan allows. If you see “Creating short links is not available on your plan.”, your plan doesn’t include new short links. Move to a plan with a higher limit in Settings → “Plans & Billing”, or write to us. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

“Could not save the change.”

The change wasn’t saved. Check the address (it should start with https:// or http://) and your connection, then try again.

“Delete this short link? The address stops working and is never reused.”

Once deleted, the address stops working for good and won’t go to anyone else. If you might need the link again, click “Deactivate” instead — you can turn it back on later.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.
