Reviews are collected by the reviews page on your Bookly page. New reviews wait for your approval in “Reviews” unless automatic publishing is on, and you can reply to them.

Who can use it

The owner sets up the reviews page in Multilink. Approving and replying works in both Multilink and the CRM: in the CRM, “Reviews” is open to the owner and to staff with the “Full access” or “Manager” level.

How to do it

Turning on reviews

  1. In the page editor, click “+” next to the tab switcher and turn on “Review”.
  2. A “Reviews Page” appears on that tab. Open its “Settings”.
  3. Choose how reviews are collected (see below) and save.
  • “Accept new reviews” — when off, published reviews stay visible, but nobody can leave a new one.
  • “Who can leave a review”: “Only verified clients” — only clients with a confirmed booking; “Anyone with the link” — anyone who opens your page.
  • “Review publishing”: “Review before publishing (Recommended)” or “Publish automatically”.
  • “Rating Type” — “Stars” or “Hearts”.
  • “Require feedback for low ratings” — anyone giving fewer than 3 stars has to say what could be better.
  • “Allow photo uploads” — clients can attach photos to their review.

The phone number in the review form is only for verification: the client sees “Used for verification only. It won’t be shown publicly.”, and in “Reviews” you see “Phone is visible only to you”.

Approving and replying

  1. Open “Reviews” in the Multilink or CRM menu. A new review sends you a “New review — waiting for your approval” notification.
  2. New reviews are on the “Awaiting approval” tab. The others are “Published”, “Hidden”, “Need reply” and “Low rating”.
  3. Click “Publish” to put a review on your page, or “Hide”. “Reply” adds your answer under the review.

“Delete review” removes it for good: “Delete this review? This cannot be undone.” If a review just shouldn’t be on your page, “Hide” it instead.

If something goes wrong

A client sees “Only clients with a confirmed booking can leave a review.”

The settings say “Only verified clients”, and this client has no confirmed booking. Confirm their booking, or switch to “Anyone with the link”.

“Reviews are closed.”

“Accept new reviews” is off. Turn it on in the reviews page settings.

“Could not send the review. Try again”

Ask the client to check their connection and send it again in a minute: one address can send up to 5 reviews a minute.

A review isn’t showing on my page

With “Review before publishing (Recommended)” on, the client sees “Your review has been submitted successfully and will appear after approval”, and the review waits on the “Awaiting approval” tab. Click “Publish”.

A client didn’t get the SMS code

The code confirms the phone number the same way as when booking, and the reasons are the same. They’re covered in “A client can’t book online: reasons and fixes”.

“Could not load reviews. Try again.”

The list didn’t load. Click “Retry” or reload the page. If the error doesn’t go away, contact support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.
