Free trial: 14 days of Team

After you sign up, a Team trial runs for 14 days — no card and no payment. Then the salon moves to the free Basic plan on its own, and all your data stays where it is.

What the trial gives you

A new account gets the Team plan for 14 days: several specialists in the calendar, staff pay, CRM access for your staff and everything in Pro. You don’t need to enter a card. The “Plans & Billing” tab shows a “Trial” badge and “Trial until {date}, then Basic. Your card is not charged.”

• You get 10 SMS for the whole trial.
• Extra staff seats added during the trial are free: billing for them starts with your first paid period.

What happens after 14 days

When the trial ends, the salon moves to the free Basic plan. Nothing is charged. Your bookings, clients and pages stay, but Basic limits apply from then on: up to 30 bookings a month and one specialist.

Staff sign-in to the CRM pauses after the trial until the salon pays for Team. Once you pay, access comes back by itself.

3 days and 1 day before the trial ends, we email you — “Your Team trial ends in 3 days” and “Your Team trial ends tomorrow” — and the CRM shows a banner: “Your Team trial ends on {date}.” You can turn these emails off with the “Subscription” switch in “Settings” → “Notifications”; payment and receipt emails are always sent.

Paying before the trial ends

You can pay for a plan at any time during the trial. The money is charged right away, and what happens next depends on the plan you pick:

• The same plan (Team) — you don’t lose your trial days: the paid period starts when the trial would have ended. The confirmation screen says “Your trial is kept for N more days” and “The paid period starts on {date}.”
• Another plan, such as Pro — the trial ends the moment you pay, and the paid period starts then. The confirmation screen says “Your Team trial ends now.”

How to do it

1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”. On a phone, open “Profile & Settings” → “Billings”.
2. To stay on Team, choose the “Upgrade to Team” button with the price. For another plan, use “View all plans & features”.
3. Choose how to pay, tick the box to agree to the offer and pay — details in How to pay for your Bookly plan: country and payment method.

If something doesn’t work

My staff can’t sign in to the CRM after the trial

Staff access to the CRM comes with Team only. Without a paid Team plan it pauses, and it comes back by itself once you pay. More in The salon’s plan doesn’t include staff access to the CRM.

I ran out of SMS during the trial

The trial includes 10 SMS in total. Once you pay for a plan, its monthly SMS limit applies — see SMS in your plan and SMS packs.

Will I be charged after the trial?

No. After the trial the salon moves to Basic, and nothing is charged. Money is only taken when you pay for a plan yourself.
