Basic, Pro and Team plans: what’s the difference

Basic is free: up to 30 bookings a month and one specialist. Pro removes the booking limit and adds advanced analytics and the professional mode in Finance, while Team adds several specialists, staff pay and CRM access for your staff.

Who can do this: the salon’s account owner chooses and pays for the plan. Staff accounts don’t have these settings.

What each plan includes

• Basic — free. Up to 3 Bookly pages, unlimited links, basic analytics, the CRM and online booking with up to 30 bookings a month, and 1 specialist. Your page keeps the Bookly branding.
• Pro — unlimited pages, unlimited bookings and online booking, advanced analytics and UTM tags, the professional mode in Finance, CRM automations and SMS triggers, monthly SMS and a custom domain. Still 1 specialist.
• Team — everything in Pro, plus several specialists in one calendar, staff pay and rates, CRM access for your staff, roles and access levels, work schedule management and advanced team analytics. 3 staff seats are included, and you can buy more.

Analytics data is collected on every plan; the advanced reports open from Pro. You can change your plan later: a higher plan starts right away, a lower one from your next payment, and your data stays where it is.

Basic limits

On Basic you can create up to 30 bookings a month. Every booking created counts, cancelled ones included, and the counter resets on the 1st. More in 30 bookings a month on Basic: how they are counted.

Basic and Pro have one specialist in the calendar. To run several specialists and give your staff their own CRM sign-in, you need Team.

Prices and yearly billing

Current prices are on the pricing page and in the “Plans & Billing” tab. Paying yearly costs less — you see the discount when you pick “Yearly”.

In Ukraine, plans are paid in hryvnias. You can change the currency Bookly shows its prices in under “Currency” in the settings; it doesn’t affect your own service prices in the CRM.

How to do it

1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing”. On a phone, open the “Profile & Settings” menu → “Billings”.
2. Choose “View all plans & features” to compare the plans, or the “Upgrade to…” button with the plan name and price.
3. Pick a plan and a billing period: “Monthly” or “Yearly”.

If something doesn’t work

“Your plan includes one specialist”

This is what the CRM says when you add a second specialist on Basic or Pro: “Your plan includes one specialist. To add a team, upgrade to the Team plan.” Several specialists in one calendar come with Team only — upgrade, and you can add your team.

“The limit of 30 bookings a month is used up”

On Basic, new bookings open on the 1st of next month. To keep taking bookings without limits right now, upgrade to Pro or Team.

“The owner manages the plan”

You’re signed in with a staff account. Only the account owner can change the plan or pay for it — ask them.
