You add blocks with the “Add” button in the page editor: links, link groups, videos, photos, text and products. A block can be pinned to the top, highlighted, switched off for a while or deleted.

How to do it

  1. Open the page in the editor and choose the “Links” or “Product” tab.
  2. Click “Add” — the “Add content” window opens.
  3. Pick what to add (see the list below) and confirm. The block appears on your page right away — there’s nothing extra to save or publish.
  • “Links” → “Single Link”: paste the address into “Paste or search a link” and click “Add link”. The same screen has “Link Group” with the “Classic link”, “Grid Link”, “Card Link” or “Carousel Link” layout. You can also start a group with “Create link group” under “Add”.
  • “Media” — a video from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok or Twitch. “Video Link Preview” opens the video on its own platform; “Embedded Video” plays it right on your page.
  • “Photo” — a block with your photos.
  • “Product” → “Product link” — a product from any online store, by its link.
  • “Blog” — a text block with a heading and text.
  • Social media and portfolio: add a link to your Instagram, TikTok or any other profile with a “Single Link” block, and photos of your work with a “Photo” block. A business header shows the salon’s phone with a call button and its address: “Design” → “Header”. It takes the contacts from the CRM: “Workspace” → “General” → “Phone numbers” and “Branch address”.

Managing blocks

  • Order. Drag a block by the handle on its left.
  • Pin to the top. Block menu → “Pin to top”. “Unpin” puts it back into the normal order.
  • Highlight. Open the link → “Settings” tab → “Highlight link”: “Make this link stand out on your page.”
  • Hide for a while. Switch the block off with its toggle. It stays in the editor, but visitors don’t see it.
  • Clicks. Each block shows its number of “clicks” — on every plan.

On your phone

“Add” sits under the tab switcher. You can also add a link from any screen: “Add” in the bottom bar → “Link”. “Pin to top”, “Edit” and “Delete” are in the “⋯” menu on each block.

If something goes wrong

A block isn’t on my page

Check the block’s toggle: visitors don’t see a block that’s switched off. Check the tab, too — a block only shows on its own tab. If everything is on, give it a minute: the public page doesn’t update instantly (more on this).

“Could not save the change. Please try again.”

The change wasn’t saved. Check your connection and repeat the action. If the error comes back, reload the editor. Still stuck? Contact support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

“Delete this block? It disappears from your page right away.”

There’s no trash: a deleted block is gone for good, and the only way back is to add it again. If you may need the block later, switch it off instead of deleting it.

“Delete this page with everything on it?”

The editor asks this when you turn off a tab that has blocks on it. Confirming removes the tab and all its blocks in one go, and they can’t be brought back. If you still need the blocks, cancel.

A digital product won’t add as a block

For “Digital Product” and “Courses & guides”, the “Product” window says “Selling needs a payment provider — not connected yet.” Add a link to the product’s storefront with a regular “Single Link” block instead. See “Digital products”.

  • Changing your page address and what happens to the old link

You change the address in the page Settings → “Link URL & Domain”. The old address and any QR code downloaded from “Share” stop working as soon as you save; only the bkly.link short address and the QR code on your Wallet card keep working.

  • My page link doesn’t open

Most often the page address was changed or the page was deleted — then visitors see “This page went out for coffee and never came back.” Other causes: a switched-off block, a password or 18+ check on the link, a deactivated short link, or a suspended account.

  • Removing the Bookly logo from your page

The bottom of your public page says “Made with Bookly · Create Yours”. You can remove it with the “Hide Bookly logo” switch in the editor — it’s available on the Pro and Team plans.
