Using your own domain

Your page can open on your own domain instead of bookly.me. You connect it in the page Settings → “Link URL & Domain” → “Connect your own domain”; it’s available on the Pro and Team plans.

Who can do it, and on which plan

The page owner on Pro or Team — the Pro card lists “Custom domain”. On Basic, the “Custom Domain” section carries a Pro badge.

How to do it

1. Have your domain ready: it must be yours, bought from a domain registrar.
2. Open the page in the editor and click “Settings” — the gear icon at the top.
3. Go to “Link URL & Domain”.
4. In “Custom Domain” — “Use your own domain name for this page.” — click “Connect your own domain”.

Which DNS records to add depends on your registrar. If you’re not sure what goes where, write to us with your domain name and page address, and we’ll point you in the right direction. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

On your phone the path is the same: “Settings” at the top of the editor → “Link URL & Domain” → “Connect your own domain”.

If something goes wrong

“Custom Domain” has a Pro badge

You’re on Basic. A custom domain comes with Pro and Team — you can switch in Settings → “Plans & Billing”.

My domain doesn’t open the page

Check that the DNS records at your registrar are saved without typos: DNS changes don’t take effect instantly. If the domain still doesn’t open your page, write to us with the domain name, your bookly.me page address and a screenshot of the DNS records.
