The “Analytics” section shows views, clicks, visitors and click rate for 1 to 90 days. It opens on Pro and Team, but data is collected on Basic too: when you move to Pro, your history is already there.

Who can do it, and on which plan

The reports are for the owner on Pro or Team. On Basic the section shows “Analytics is a Pro feature” and “Your data is already being collected: after the upgrade the history will be here, not starting from zero.” On any plan you can see the “Views” counter for each page on the dashboard and the number of “clicks” under each block in the editor.

How to do it

  1. Open “Analytics” in Multilink. On your phone, it’s in the bottom bar.
  2. Under “Page”, choose a single page or “All pages”.
  3. Under “Period”, choose “Today” or the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. It shows 7 days by default.
  4. Switch between the “Overview”, “Links” and “Clients” tabs. To export the data, click “Download CSV”.

What the numbers mean

  • “Views” — how many times your page was opened. One visitor who came back three times counts as three views.
  • “Clicks” — how many times people clicked the links on your page. Bots and link previews in messengers don’t count.
  • “Visitors” — unique people in the period, recognised by an anonymous fingerprint. No IP addresses or cookies are stored.
  • “Click rate” (CTR) — clicks divided by views: the share of page opens that ended in a click.
  • “Devices” — where your page is opened from: “Mobile”, “Desktop” or “Tablet”.

If something goes wrong

“Analytics is a Pro feature”

You’re on Basic. Your data is already being collected, so after moving to Pro you’ll see the earlier days too. Use “Upgrade to Pro”, or go to Settings → “Plans & Billing”.

“No data yet”, or the data didn’t load

“No data yet — share your page to start collecting stats” means nobody opened the page in the chosen period. Share your link or pick a longer period. If you see “Couldn’t load analytics — the numbers below may be stale.”, click “Retry”.

There are more views than visitors

That’s expected: a visitor is one person, and one person can produce several views by coming back to your page.
