This message means the widget is showing a sample: your CRM has no active service yet, or the CRM didn’t respond. Add a service in the CRM and assign a specialist to it — your own services will appear in the widget within a few minutes.

What it means

Until the widget can get your data from the CRM, it shows a sample: a salon called GlowStudio with made-up services and specialists. Under it the page says “Sample services — booking is not connected yet.”, and the Multilink editor says “Sample data — booking is not connected yet.”.

The sample appears when:

  • the CRM has no service with “Available for booking” switched on;
  • the CRM didn’t respond or answered with an error.

Important: in the sample, a client can go through every step and see a confirmation screen, but the booking goes nowhere. Don’t share your link until your own services replace the sample.

How to do it: connect booking

  1. In the CRM, open “Workspace” → “Services” and add a service: name, price and duration. Make sure “Available for booking” is on.
  2. Assign a specialist to the service. In the specialist’s card (“Workspace” → “Staff”), “Make available for online booking” and “Show in the timetable” must be on.
  3. Set the specialist’s working hours: “Workspace” → “Working Hours”.
  4. In the widget settings, on the “Details” tab, choose your services and specialists.
  5. Wait up to 2 minutes and reload the page: the widget picks up CRM data with a short delay.

On your phone

“Workspace” opens from “More” in the CRM bottom bar. The other steps are the same.

An empty CRM calendar tells you what is missing: “Your bookings will appear here. Add a service and a specialist, and you can start booking clients.” or “Add working hours for your specialist, and you can start booking clients.”

If something goes wrong

Services are added, but the page still shows the sample

Check that “Available for booking” is on in the service and wait 2 minutes — the widget refreshes its data with a delay. If the sample doesn’t go away, write to us. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

Services show up, but there is no free time

Most often the specialist has no working hours, or all hours are booked. All the reasons are in A client can’t book online.

A client “booked”, but the calendar has nothing

Most likely they booked while the widget was showing the sample: such a booking isn’t saved anywhere. Contact the client and add the booking by hand in the CRM calendar.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.

  • Why unconfirmed bookings are declined automatically

A "New" booking holds its time only until a deadline: by default 60 minutes before the start, or 20 minutes after it if the booking was made later. Then it becomes "Declined" and the time is free again. Change the deadlines in the CRM: "Workspace" → "Rules".

  • How a client books online and what they see

The client opens your page, picks a service, a specialist and a time, enters a name and a phone number, and confirms the number with a code from an SMS. They then see "Booking request sent" or "Booking confirmed", depending on your settings.

  • The calendar: views, new bookings and edits

The CRM calendar has "This Day", "This Week" and "Group View" with a column for each specialist. You create a booking with "Add event" or by selecting time in the grid; online bookings appear on their own, without reloading the page.
