One Bookly account is one salon in the CRM. A second salon needs its own account with a different email, while several lines of one business can live on separate pages in Multilink.

How to do it

A second salon is a separate account

An owner’s account works with one salon — its calendar, clients and team. So each salon needs an account of its own:

  1. Sign up for a new account with a different email: one email can have only one Bookly account.
  2. If you use Gmail, the same address with “+salon” before the “@” works — the mail still arrives in the same inbox.
  3. To move to the other salon, sign out and sign in to its account.

Several lines of work, several pages

If it’s one business with several lines of work — say, services and training — make a separate Multilink page for each. Pages there are split into “Personal pages” and “Business pages”. How many pages you can have depends on your plan: up to 3 on Basic, no limit on Pro and Team. Bookings from the widgets on all your pages land in your salon’s one CRM. Several specialists in one calendar

Several specialists in one calendar is the Team plan: each gets their own column and schedule. How to invite them: How to invite an employee to the CRM.

If something goes wrong

A specialist works in two salons

A staff account works in one salon only. To work in a second one too, the specialist needs a separate account with a different email. If the second salon invites them at the same email, the CRM warns: “This address already has a Bookly account (for example, the person’s own page). Use another address: for Gmail, the same one with +salon before the @ works, and the mail still arrives in the same inbox.”

“This email already has a Bookly account — log in instead.”

That’s what sign-up says when the email already has an account. For the second salon, use another address or, with Gmail, the same one with “+salon” before the “@”.

Looking for branches or a salon switcher

Each location is a separate account with its own CRM, schedule and bookings. Moving to another location means signing out and signing in to its account.
