You export your client base in the CRM: “Clients” → “Export” (a CSV file) — the owner and staff with “Full access” can do it. Finance exports to Excel, CSV or PDF in Professional mode, and your plan receipts are in “Payments & documents”.

Who can do this. Clients: the owner and staff with “Full access”. Finance to Excel, CSV and PDF: in Professional mode — “Professional mode is on the Pro and Team plans”.

How to do it

Clients

  1. In the CRM, open “Clients”.
  2. Click “Export”. The CSV file gets the clients that match the filters and search on screen, and Excel opens it straight away.
  3. Archived clients are exported as a separate file: turn on the “Archive” toggle and click “Export” again.

On a phone: “Clients” → menu → “Export clients”. More details: Exporting your client base.

Bookings (visits) aren’t exported as a separate file. The client file has each client’s number of visits and the date of the last one, and payments for bookings go into the finance export.

Finance

  1. In the CRM, open “Finance”.
  2. In Professional mode, click “Export” and choose “Excel (.xlsx)”, “CSV” or “PDF”. The file uses the same period and filters as the screen.

In Simple mode there’s “Analytics” → “Download CSV”. More details: Reports and exports: Excel, CSV and PDF.

Plan payments and receipts

  1. Open settings → “Plans & Billing”.
  2. Open “Payments & documents” — every payment and receipt is there.

If something goes wrong

“Could not export clients. Try again.”

The file wasn’t prepared. Click “Export” again. If the error keeps coming back, tell support what you see. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

The finance file won’t export

  • “Too many rows for … Narrow the period or the filters.” — each format has its own row limit. Pick a shorter period, add filters or choose another format.
  • “Too many exports in a minute. Try again in … s.” — wait those seconds and try again.

Other messages you may see while exporting are covered in Reports and exports: Excel, CSV and PDF.

There’s no “Export” button

Only the owner and staff with “Full access” can export clients. Finance exports to Excel, CSV or PDF only in Professional mode, on the Pro and Team plans.

“Account suspended”

“You can view and export your data, but changes are unavailable.” So exporting still works. To get editing back, write to support. Write any time — we reply during working hours.
