On the sign-in page, enter your email, username or phone, then your password — or choose “Email me a code”. You can also sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple; one sign-in opens both Multilink and the CRM.

Salon owners and staff sign in the same way. A staff account opens only the salon’s CRM — here’s why.

How to sign in

  1. Open the Bookly sign-in page. In the “Email, username, or phone” field, enter your account email, username or phone number and click “Continue”.
  2. Enter your password and click “Continue” again. You can also do without the password: click “Email me a code” and a 4-digit code will arrive at your account email.
  3. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is on for your account, also enter the code from your authenticator app or from the SMS. A browser where you’ve already passed 2FA won’t ask for a code for 3 days.
  4. That’s it: the same sign-in works in both Multilink and the CRM — there’s no need to sign in twice.

Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple

On the sign-in page, click “Log in with Google”, “Log in with Facebook” or “Log in with Apple”. To connect these to your account or disconnect them, go to Settings → Security → Connected accounts and use “Connect” or “Disconnect”.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

A second step after your password or email code protects the account even if someone learns your password. The code comes from an authenticator app or by SMS, and 8 backup codes cover the times your phone isn’t at hand. See how to turn on two-factor authentication.

Signing out

Click “Log Out” in the account menu. Signing out ends the session on our servers, not just in this browser. If you don’t sign out, you stay signed in for up to 30 days — so on a shared or borrowed computer, always sign out.

To see where else your account is open and sign out of other devices, read about active sessions.

Don’t share your password

Don’t give your password to staff or work together under one login. On the Team plan, every employee can have their own CRM login — see how to invite an employee.

If something goes wrong

“The provided credentials are incorrect.”

Check the email for typos and make sure Caps Lock is off and the keyboard is set to the right language. Can’t remember the password? Sign in with a code (“Email me a code”) or reset your password. After several mistakes in a row Bookly asks you to wait a little — here’s why.

“This account is not active.”

This is what Bookly says when you try to sign in to a deleted account. It can be restored within 30 days of deletion, but only through support. A deactivated account, on the other hand, comes back by itself as soon as you sign in. See how to restore your account.

“Could not sign in with the social account — try again or use email.”

Try again. If it still fails, sign in with email: enter your account email, then your password or a code from the email.

“The provider did not share an email — sign in with email instead.”

Google, Facebook or Apple didn’t pass your email address to Bookly, so we can’t find your account by it. Sign in with your email instead — with your password or an email code.

“This staff account opens only the salon’s CRM.”

The full message reads: “This staff account opens only the salon’s CRM. Open crm.bookly.me in your browser.” You signed in with a staff account, and it works only in the salon’s CRM. Open crm.bookly.me in your browser and sign in there.

“Unknown application”

Below the heading it says: “The sign-in request came from an unregistered application or with an unknown return address.” The sign-in page was opened from a link Bookly doesn’t recognise. Close it, open Bookly the way you usually do and sign in from there.
