What Booking Software Costs in 2026: Ukraine and the World

We are the Bookly team, which is why Bookly is marked separately in the tables. For every other service we only state what it shows on its own pricing page.

What We Compared

The prices were collected on 28 September 2026. The article first came out on 19 September; on this date we checked every price again and updated the tables. We looked at what a salon owner or a solo specialist actually sees when choosing software: the cost of a month, what the money is counted against — a seat, the size of the team or a number of bookings — and what gets charged on top.

How we collected the data: we opened each provider’s pricing page from Ukraine and wrote down what it shows, in the currency it shows. Prices are for monthly billing unless stated otherwise. Some international services localise prices by the visitor’s country, so from elsewhere you may see different figures. Where a site does not show a price, we say so, and the last column links the source of every row.

One caveat up front: these products cannot be compared one to one. Some sell a booking calendar, others add a CRM, finances and a client marketplace. So this is not a ranking, it is a snapshot of what each model costs to enter.

Three different logics show up. Some charge for every stylist, like bookmenow. Others build steps by team size, like Altegio, EasyWeek, Zruchno and CleverBox: while the team stays within a step the price holds, and at the next one it goes up. The rest sell a fixed package per venue or per term, like Appointer and Beauty Pro.

The key question about any price list: what is being counted — the salon, the seat or the booking. That is what decides your bill a year from now, when the team has grown.

Software rarely costs what it cost on day one: the bill grows with the team

What Gets Charged on Top

A cut of each new client

Marketplaces may charge for the new clients they bring. Fresha says it plainly in its price list: a one-time fee for brand-new clients who find you through its marketplace; for Ukraine on 28 September it is marked free, but check it for your own country before you sign up. The logic is fair enough: here you pay for traffic, not for software. For a salon that clients already find through Instagram, it is worth working out how many new clients the marketplace will bring and what each one will cost.

A fee for every stylist

In our sample this is the most common model — either straight per seat or in steps by team size. It is comfortable at the start, and then the bill grows with the team: at bookmenow six stylists cost 6 × ₴250 = ₴1,500 a month. Check not the price of the first seat but the total for the team you expect to have in a year.

Text messages

Reminders are often sold “included”, but somebody pays for every text. EasyWeek says outright that text messages are not part of its plans, and Zruchno bills them separately per message sent. So ask not only whether there are text reminders but how many messages the plan includes and what each one after that costs — and if a plan says “unlimited SMS”, ask whether there is an unstated cap.

How to Read a Price List

Three questions worth asking before you pay:

  • what will this cost when the team is three people larger;
  • what is included and what is sold separately: texts, reminders, analytics, the booking page;
  • does the service take a cut of your clients, and for what exactly.

This part is our opinion rather than market data: for a small team the most predictable model is a flat price per salon with a few stylists included and a clear fee for each additional one. The owner sees the number in advance and does not pay a commission on clients they brought in themselves. We sell booking software ourselves, so read this paragraph knowing we are an interested party.

Prices move, which is why the snapshot carries a date. We plan to re-check it every quarter; before you pay, check the price on the provider’s own site anyway — every row of the tables links to it.
