If “Plans & Billing” says “Granted by the administrator”, the Bookly team turned the plan on for you, and it can’t be paid for or changed in the product. To change anything, contact support.

What it looks like

The “Plans & Billing” tab shows “Granted by the administrator until {date}” (or without a date) and a “By the administrator” badge. The Bookly team turns such a plan on, extends it and ends it.

How to change or extend such a plan

  1. Contact support: email support@bookly.me or message us on Telegram.
  2. Include your account’s email and what you want to change: the plan, the term or the number of seats.

Write any time — we reply during working hours.

Paying by an invoice from Bookly

If you pay for your plan by an invoice issued by Bookly, the agreement is made when you pay the invoice. New staff seats appear as soon as Bookly confirms your request.

If something doesn’t work

“The administrator granted this plan. To change it, write to support.”

While a plan granted by the administrator is on, you can’t buy or change a plan in the product. Contact support — see the steps above.

My granted plan has ended

When the Bookly team ends the plan, you get a “Your plan has ended” email (“The Bookly team ended your {plan} subscription.”), and the salon moves to the free Basic plan. Your data stays. From then on you can pay for a plan yourself — see How to pay for your Bookly plan: country and payment method.
