You can pay for your Bookly plan on behalf of a sole proprietor or a company — by card, just like a personal one. The documents for each payment are in “Payments & documents”, no VAT is charged, and Bookly’s details are on the “Legal & contact details” page.

Who can do this: the owner of the Bookly account pays for the plan. When you pay on behalf of a sole proprietor or a company, you confirm that you’re authorised to — that’s what the Public offer says.

How to pay from business funds

In the product, plans are paid by Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — a sole proprietor’s or company card works too. There’s no bank transfer to an account in the product yet. How the payment goes is in How to pay for your Bookly plan: country and payment method.

If you need to pay for your plan by an invoice from Bookly, contact support with your account’s email, the plan and the period. The agreement is then made when you pay the invoice, and the Bookly team turns the plan on — just like a plan granted by the Bookly team. Write any time — we reply during working hours.

Documents for your accountant

  1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents” → “View”.
  2. Next to the payment, open the payment provider’s document: “Receipt” (the fiscal receipt) or “Payment confirmation”. If it says “WayForPay emails the receipt”, look for the receipt in WayForPay’s email.

After every payment you also get a “Payment received” email with the amount, the paid period and the payment number. Bookly doesn’t issue separate invoices or certificates of services rendered (акт) at the moment. If your accountant needs another document, contact support and tell us what you need.

VAT

Bookly is provided by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) who isn’t registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on Bookly’s prices.

Bookly’s company details

The seller’s full details and contacts are on the Legal & contact details page. In the product, it opens from “Settings” → “Terms & Privacy” → “Legal & contact details”, and the payment confirmation screen has a “Company details” link next to the seller.

If something doesn’t work

The receipt didn’t arrive by email

If you paid through WayForPay, WayForPay sends the receipt itself — check your spam folder. With plata by mono, the receipt is in “Payments & documents” and in the “Payment received” email. More in Payments and documents: receipts for your Bookly plan.
