A deactivated account comes back as soon as you sign in. A deleted account can be restored within 30 days, and only through support — write from your account email.

A deactivated account

  1. Open the Bookly sign-in page.
  2. Sign in any way you like: with your password, an email code or Google, Facebook or Apple.
  3. Your account is active again — you can carry on working.

A paid plan doesn’t come back by itself: you pay for it again. A salon employee restores their account the same way, but access to the salon’s CRM is turned back on by the owner.

A deleted account

  1. When you try to sign in, you see “This account is not active.”
  2. Write to support from the email address the account is registered with. Write any time — we reply during working hours.
  3. An account can be restored only within 30 days of deletion.

Never put your password or codes in the email: support doesn’t need them.

If something goes wrong

“This account is not active.”

This is what signing in to a deleted account looks like. You can’t bring it back yourself — only through support, and only within 30 days of deletion.

“You closed your account, so your access to the salon’s CRM was turned off.”

In full: “You closed your account, so your access to the salon’s CRM was turned off. Ask the salon owner to turn it back on.” Your account is already restored, but access to the salon’s CRM is turned on by the owner — ask them to do it.

The email or username is already taken

A deleted account can’t be restored if another active account has already taken its email or username.

The salon closed your staff account

If the salon deleted or archived your employee card, support doesn’t restore that account. Ask the salon to send you a new invitation.

More than 30 days have passed

30 days after deletion, the account and its data are deleted for good, so there’s nothing left to restore.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.

The sign-in code always goes to your account email — even if you typed your username or phone number. Check your spam folder, wait a minute and request a new one; if that doesn't help, sign in with your password.
