How to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Only the salon you booked with can cancel or move your appointment: call or message them. The salon’s contacts are on its page and on the booking confirmation screen (the “Contact salon” button).

Only the salon you booked with can cancel or move your appointment: call or message them. The salon’s contacts are on its page and on the booking confirmation screen (the “Contact salon” button).
How to do it
- Find the salon’s contacts: on the page where you booked, or on the screen after booking — the “Contact salon” button.
- Call or message the salon. Give the name and phone number you booked with, and the date and time of the visit.
- The salon moves or cancels the booking in its calendar.
If you saved the visit to your own calendar with “Add to calendar”, update or delete that event yourself after the change.
Why only through the salon
Your booking lives in the salon’s calendar, and the salon manages it. The booking page can show free times and book you in, but it has no cancel or reschedule buttons.
If something goes wrong
The salon doesn’t answer
Try another way to reach them from their page — a call or a message. Only the salon can cancel or move your booking: Bookly support doesn’t manage salons’ bookings.
You’re not sure whether it was cancelled
Check with the salon — only they can see your booking in their calendar.
