What we refund and what we don’t

  • We don’t refund plan payments — neither for unused days nor after you cancel the subscription.
  • We don’t refund SMS packs already added to your balance.
  • We don’t refund the rest of the period if you delete or deactivate your account.
  • We refund in full a charge made by mistake or twice — even if you write to us later (as the public offer says).

The payment screen says the same — “Cancel any time. No refunds.” — and so does “Settings” → “Terms & Privacy” → “Refund policy”.

This article is about money paid for your Bookly plan. To give money back to your own client for a visit, see Payment in a booking and refunds to a client.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Find the payment in “Plans & Billing” → “Payments & documents” and note its date and amount.
  2. Email support@bookly.me — ideally from your account’s email and within 14 days of the payment: that way we can check it faster.
  3. Include the date and amount of the payment and what happened, for example “charged twice”.

Write any time — we reply during working hours. Other channels are on the Support page.

When the money arrives

The money goes back to the same card through the same payment provider. When it arrives depends on your bank: usually within 3–7 working days, sometimes up to 30 days.

Once we refund a payment, you get a “Your refund is on its way” email, its status in “Payments & documents” changes to “Refunded” or “Partly refunded”, and a “Refund receipt” appears.

If something doesn’t work

I was charged 1 ₴ and it came back

That’s a card check — your bank returns the money by itself, and you don’t need to write to us. More in Two charges or an unfamiliar charge from Bookly.

I paid for the wrong plan

Change the plan: a higher one starts right away with a top-up, a lower one from your next payment (see How to change your plan or billing period). If your case is different, contact support and tell us what happened.

The money hasn’t arrived yet

After the “Your refund is on its way” email, the money goes through your bank — sometimes it takes up to 30 days. If it’s been longer, contact support with the date and amount of the payment.

Still have a question? Write any time — we reply during working hours.
