Bookly integrations: what connects today

In the CRM → Workspace → Integrations you can connect Google Calendar and Apple Calendar (iCloud). The Bookly.me page and the Telegram bot are part of Bookly itself. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for your page are connected in Multilink → page settings → Analytics.

Who sees integrations

The “All integrations” catalogue is visible to the owner and to “Full access”. A staff member sees only the Calendars section — to connect their own calendar.

Integrations in the CRM

  • The Bookly.me page and the Telegram bot are marked “Part of Bookly”: they are built into Bookly, so there is nothing to connect. The Bookly.me page is “Your public booking page: appointments land straight in the CRM.”
  • Google Calendar and Apple Calendar (iCloud) are “Available” on the Pro and Team plans: Bookly bookings show up in each specialist’s calendar by themselves. How to connect them is in Sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar (iCloud).

Instagram, Viber and Google Analytics in the CRM catalogue

These cards are marked “Soon” in the catalogue: Instagram — “Bookings from your Instagram profile”, Viber — “Reminders and confirmations in Viber”, Google Analytics — “Track visits and conversions of your booking page”. What you can do already:

Page integrations in Multilink

In Multilink, in your page settings:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, on the Pro and Team plans;
  • Integrations — “Connect external apps and services to your page. We are working on it.”;
  • Social Integrations — the TikTok and Instagram social networks and the Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Kit mailing services, marked “Soon”.

How to do it

  1. In the CRM, open Workspace → Integrations.
  2. In “All integrations”, find a card marked “Available”.
  3. Calendars are connected in the Calendars section with Connect, in the “My calendar” or “Whole salon” row.

If something goes wrong

The calendar card says “Pro and Team”

You’re on Basic: calendar sync is on Pro and Team. Plans are compared in Basic, Pro and Team plans: what’s the difference.

I see only Calendars, no catalogue

The integrations catalogue is visible to the owner and to “Full access”. With another access level only the Calendars section opens.

  • The notification bell: what arrives and turning on sound

    The bell in the menu shows one notification feed for the CRM and Multilink: new online bookings, reviews, plan limits and booking changes. If there is no sound, click “Turn on” — the browser blocks sound until you allow it.

  • SMS in Bookly: what is sent, the SMS Center and packs

    Bookly sends SMS codes for signing in with 2FA and for confirming a client’s number in the booking widget. Automatic SMS to clients — confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices — are switched on in the widget, with templates and a log in the CRM → Workspace → SMS Center.
