SMS in your plan and SMS packs

Paid plans come with a monthly SMS limit that renews on the 1st. If that’s not enough, buy a pack in “Plans & Billing” → “Buy SMS package”: SMS from a pack don’t expire.

Who can do this: the salon’s account owner.

SMS in your plan

• How many SMS a month your plan includes is shown on the pricing page. What’s left is in the “Plans & Billing” tab, in the “SMS Credits” row: “{used} of {total} sms”.
• The limit renews on the 1st of every month. Unused SMS don’t carry over to the next month.
• The trial includes 10 SMS in total.

How to buy an SMS pack

1. Open “Settings” → “Plans & Billing” → “Buy SMS package”.
2. Pick a pack and choose “Buy SMS”.
3. Choose how to pay, tick “I agree to the offer” and pay on the payment provider’s page.
4. The SMS are added to your balance right after you pay — you’ll see “The SMS are on your balance.”

A pack is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. SMS from a pack don’t expire, but they’re lost if you delete your account. Money for a pack already added to your balance isn’t refunded — unless you were charged by mistake.

If something doesn’t work

“SMS packs go on sale together with SMS reminders.”

While you see this message, you can’t buy a pack: SMS packs go on sale together with SMS reminders. The SMS from your plan’s monthly limit work as usual.

I ran out of SMS
