What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan stays on until the end of the paid period, then the salon moves to the free Basic plan. Your bookings, clients and pages stay, but they work within Basic limits.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays on for 7 more days, and you can come back to a paid plan any time — your data will be there. More in How to cancel or resume your subscription and Your Bookly plan payment failed.

Do clients need an app?
No. A client opens your link in the browser, picks a service and a time, enters their name and phone number and confirms the number with an SMS code — no app and no account.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes, in “Plans & Billing” → “Manage subscription”. A higher plan starts right away with a top-up for the days left, a lower one from your next payment; your data doesn’t change.

Can I work with a team?
Yes, on the Team plan: several specialists in one calendar, and each of them can sign in to the CRM with their own account. Team includes 3 staff members (the card marked «Admin» doesn’t count), and you can buy more seats.
