Bookings, schedules and payments for education

Tutors, language schools and learning centres combine one-to-one and group classes, and each format has its own rules. In Bookly a group has a set number of places, while individual classes come from that particular teacher’s schedule — so the timetable never double-books anyone.

Courses and class packages are paid for upfront and deducted with each booking: both the administrator and the student can see how many classes are left. The student card keeps the classes held, the payments and your notes on their progress.

Classes can be held online — a meeting link is attached to the booking and reaches the student with the confirmation. Reminders the day before help keep attendance up, and when a student cancels in advance the time opens for someone else.
