What changes at the front desk

Fewer calls to reception. A schedule that holds. Visit history at hand.

Bookly takes on the booking, the reminders and the doctors’ hours, so the desk can look after the patients already standing in front of it.

Booking without a call

Let patients book when reception cannot pick up

Calls arrive in waves: in the morning, when there is already a queue at the desk, and in the evening, when the clinic is shut. The booking page shows the doctors, the services, how long an appointment takes and the hours that are genuinely free, so the patient chooses one and the appointment lands in the clinic’s calendar straight away.

  • A page with doctors, services and prices
  • Booking open outside working hours too
  • The administrator sees a new appointment at once
Doctors’ hours

Keep several doctors in one calendar

Every doctor has their own days and consulting hours, and every service its own length. A patient is only offered the slots that are really free with the doctor they picked, and a reminder the day before cuts the number who do not turn up and the empty hours they leave behind.

  • Consulting hours set for each doctor
  • A length and a price of its own for every service
  • A reminder to the patient the day before
The patient card

Keep a patient’s visits in one place

When someone comes back six months later, the card shows the dates, the doctors they saw, the services and whatever the desk noted down. It is not a medical record: diagnoses, protocols and test results stay in your own medical system.

  • Past visits and the doctors a patient has seen
  • Contacts and the front desk’s working notes
  • A repeat booking without asking for details again
Everything a clinic runs on

Everything you need for the daily work of medical clinics

Booking, the doctors’ hours, patient cards, the form before a visit and the stock in the treatment room, all in one service instead of four spreadsheets.

The clinic booking page

A patient picks a doctor, a service and a free hour and confirms the appointment, with no call to reception and no waiting on the line.

The doctors’ schedule

The whole clinic’s day in one calendar: each doctor with their own days, their own hours and their own list of services.

The patient card

Contacts, past visits, the doctors a patient has seen and the desk’s working notes. Not a medical record, and no place for diagnoses.

A form before the visit

A few questions on the booking: what brings them in, how to reach them, whether they have been to the clinic before. The doctor reads it before the visit.

Consumables

Keep count of what goes on procedures and dressings, and notice a box running low before the shelf is empty.

Appointments and money

How many appointments the week holds, which doctors they go to, which services bring in more and how that compares with the period before.

Quick start

How to open online booking at a clinic

One evening is enough: the clinic page, the doctors with their services, the consulting hours, and a link you can put wherever patients look for you.

Try for free
  1. Build the clinic page

Add the name, the address and reception’s contacts, and style the page the way the clinic looks.

  2. Add doctors and services

Set each doctor’s speciality, and give every service an appointment length and a price of its own.

  3. Set the consulting hours

Open only the hours a doctor really sees patients, and leave a gap between them for notes and getting the room ready.

  4. Share the link

Put it on the site, the Google listing and the clinic’s profile, and appointments appear in your calendar.

The result in numbers

Reception stops being the morning bottleneck

At eight, when the phone does not stop, a patient books the right doctor themselves. Reception works with the people already in the clinic rather than with a queue on the line.

Bookly team

Yes. In your page design open Header and choose a layout on the Business tab. The address and phone are taken from your workspace settings in the CRM, so you only keep them up to date in one place.

Appointments, contacts and notes live in your workspace. On the Team plan, up to three members of staff sign in to the CRM under their own accounts, and you decide who gets access, and who loses it when they leave.

No. Bookly holds the booking, the schedule and the history of visits: when a patient came, which doctor they saw, which service it was, plus the notes your desk keeps. Diagnoses, protocols and test results stay in your own medical system.

Yes. Each doctor has their own days, their own consulting hours and their own list of services, and the shared calendar shows the clinic’s day: all of it together or one doctor at a time.

The phone stays. The administrator enters that appointment into the same calendar by hand, so phone and online bookings are never two separate lists and an hour cannot be given away twice.

Yes, a short form can sit on the booking: what brings the patient in, how to reach them, whether they have been to the clinic before. The answers are kept with the appointment, so the doctor reads them beforehand.

Yes, a reminder goes out automatically the day before. It cuts the number of people who do not arrive and the empty hours nobody can fill at short notice.

Yes. Create an account and set booking up with no card and no commitment.

Online booking and doctors’ schedules for medical clinics

Bookly is a Ukrainian online booking and CRM service for medical clinics: patients book a doctor themselves, every doctor’s hours sit in one calendar, and the history of visits stays on the patient card.

A private clinic’s front desk lives on the telephone: everyone rings at nine, the line is busy by midday, and in the evening, when the patient is finally free, there is nobody left to answer. A share of those enquiries simply ends there, because the caller dials the next clinic on the list. A booking page takes the call out of that path: the patient sees the doctors, the services, how long an appointment takes and the hours that are genuinely free, and picks one at the moment that suits them.

A clinic’s schedule is more involved than one practitioner’s diary: every doctor has their own days, every service its own length, and the time between patients has to cover notes and getting the room ready. Bookly keeps that in a single calendar: a patient is only offered the hours truly free with the doctor they chose, a change recalculates the rest, and a reminder the day before reduces the visits that never happen. The phone does not disappear either: the administrator adds a call-in appointment to the same calendar.

Patient data deserves a straight answer rather than a slogan. The card holds contacts, the history of visits, the doctors a patient has seen and the notes your desk keeps; diagnoses, protocols and test results stay in your own medical system, and Bookly does not keep them. Only the people you have given access to can open the workspace (up to three on the Team plan), and each of them works under their own account.

The clinic page works as one link: for the website, the Google listing, the social profile and the card on the desk. Doctors, services and prices are updated in one place, a short form before the visit gives the doctor context in advance, and the figures show how many appointments the period held and which services and doctors brought in more. New appointments arrive in the same calendar the clinic already runs its day from.
