Everything a consultation booking needs

Booking, money and the record of enquiries in one place

The page answers the questions about formats, fees and free hours, and whatever the client left at booking stays in your base.

Booking in two steps

The client picks a format and a time and confirms. No calling within office hours, no waiting for a reply.

Only the hours you keep

The calendar opens the hours you actually sit. Hearings, deadlines and days off are never offered to clients.

Questions before the meeting

Put a short form on the page beside booking: what it is about and which documents matter. You arrive at the consultation prepared.

Online or at the office

The client picks the format at booking: in person at your office, or online. The format they chose shows on the booking itself.

Be the first: ask about bookings, schedules, payments or anything else standing between you and getting started.

Yes, though by hand: Bookly takes no payments online. The fee is on the page, the client transfers it the usual way, and you add a Deposit operation in Finance with their name and the format. Operations then shows which hour is already paid for.

Yes. You set your own hours, and hearings, travel and days off simply never show as free.

Online booking for legal consultations

Bookly is a Ukrainian online booking and CRM service for lawyers: clients choose the format of the consultation, in person or online, see the fee before they pick an hour and book themselves, even in the evening or at the weekend. The record of every enquiry stays in your client base.

People look for a lawyer when they have a problem, and usually in the evening or at the weekend. If the only way to book is to ring during office hours, some of those enquiries never arrive: the person leaves a request on another site where the time could be picked straight away.

A booking page removes that limit. It shows the consultation formats, their length and the fee, along with the hours that are genuinely free. The client picks a time and gets a confirmation, and the booking appears in your calendar at once.

A deposit does a second job here: it filters out enquiries with no intention behind them. The client transfers the money, you enter it in Finance as a Deposit operation, and Operations shows which consultation it belongs to. Together with a reminder the day before, it reduces the empty hours in a diary that nobody is going to pay for.

The record of enquiries stays in the CRM: when the person came, in what format, about what, and what you noted. When a client returns, the context is a second away, and booking again does not mean taking their details from scratch.
