Schedules, memberships and bookings for fitness and sport

Clubs, studios and personal trainers combine two different modes of work: group classes with a limited number of places and personal sessions on an individual schedule. Bookly runs both — a group has a number of places and closes as soon as it fills up, while personal slots come straight from that trainer’s schedule.

Memberships and session packages are deducted automatically, so both you and the client can see how many sessions are left. The client card keeps their attendance and payment history, and a reminder the day before helps free the place up if someone cannot make it.

The same approach works for renting courts, lanes and halls: slots are defined by time and by resource, so the same court can never be booked twice.
