Online booking and a shift diary for massage studios

Clients pick the type of massage, the length of the session and their therapist, and a whole course goes into the diary in advance. The therapists’ shifts stop overlapping, and the history of sessions, areas and notes stays in the Bookly CRM.

What the studio gets

A course seen through. A tighter diary. Fewer missed sessions.

Bookly counts the time, keeps the therapists’ shifts apart and holds the history of the work, so the therapist works with their hands instead of the paper book.

A course, not one session

Put the whole course in the diary at once, not one session at a time

Massage is rarely bought by the session: the client needs ten of them, twice a week, ideally at the same hour. The sessions go into the diary in advance, so the client can see that their Tuesday evening is held to the end of the course.

  • Several sessions booked ahead in one diary
  • A length and price of its own for 30, 60 and 90 minutes
  • Booking open to clients around the clock
A diary without clashes

Never put two clients with one therapist at the same hour

There are always fewer rooms than people who want an evening slot. Each therapist has a schedule of their own, and two bookings cannot land on them at the same hour, with time between sessions to air the room and change the linen.

  • A schedule of its own for every therapist
  • A turnaround gap between sessions
  • A reminder to the client the day before
Courses that finish

Do not lose a client at session three of ten

One skipped week and the course falls apart, so the result the client came for never arrives. The client card shows when each session happened, which areas were worked on, and what they said about pressure and pain.

  • History of sessions and areas worked on
  • Notes on complaints, pressure and contraindications
  • An intake form before the first session

Everything a massage booking needs

Clients see when a therapist is genuinely free

The types of massage, the lengths, the prices and the time that is really open sit on one page, so clients choose for themselves, at any hour and from any device.

Booking in a few taps

The client picks the type of massage, the length and the therapist and confirms the session, with no call to the desk and no waiting on a reply.

Only the real openings

The diary offers only the time a session fits into completely, counting its length and the turnaround between clients.

Answers without messaging

How lymphatic drainage differs from a classic massage, how long it runs and what it costs: it is all on the page, so nobody explains it again every day.

Booking from a phone

The page works the same on a phone and a desktop, so clients book the moment their back reminds them, not when someone picks up.

The result in numbers

A course does not fall apart between sessions

The sessions of a course go into the diary in advance one by one, at the same hour and with the same therapist. The client sees their Tuesday evening held to the end of the course, and the studio sees how many sessions have been done.

Yes. Draw the booking straight on the calendar grid and create the client right from the booking form. In the client card set the source to Walk-in, and later you can filter your client base by source.

Yes. Bookly has no repeating bookings, so the sessions go into the diary in advance one by one, on the days and hours you need, and a reminder goes out before each one.

Every type of massage carries its own length and price, so a 30, 60 or 90-minute session takes exactly as much of the diary as it runs.

Yes. You add a room alongside the therapists, and it keeps hours of its own, so two bookings cannot land in one room at the same hour. You set the specialists’ shifts in a shared room so they do not overlap, and the shared calendar shows the whole studio’s day.

Yes. Breaks live in the therapist’s schedule and are never offered to clients as free time.

Yes, as a separate form. You build it on the multilink forms page and send the client the link, they fill it in beforehand, and what matters you copy into the therapist’s notes.

Yes, though by hand: Bookly takes no payments online. You enter the deposit the client sends in Finance as a Deposit operation. It noticeably reduces cancellations on long evening sessions.

Online booking for massage studios

Bookly is a Ukrainian online booking and CRM service for massage studios: clients pick the massage, the session length and the therapist, the course goes into the diary ahead, and the areas worked on and the notes stay on their card.

A massage studio does not live on single visits but on courses: the client needs ten sessions, twice a week, ideally at the same hour. Laying that out in a paper book is awkward: there are two or three rooms, the evening slots go first, and sessions run to different lengths: 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Online booking does that arithmetic instead of the front desk. Every type of massage carries its own length, so clients are only offered windows the session fits into completely, allowing for the therapist’s shift and the gap needed to air the room and change the linen. Two clients no longer end up with the same therapist at the same hour.

Then the course has to be seen through. One skipped week and the result the client came for slips by a month. Reminders go out automatically before each session, and long evening sessions take a deposit you can see in Finance, so an empty room does not swallow the evening.

Everything the therapist needs before a session stays on the client card: the intake form with contraindications, the areas worked on, the pressure they are used to, what hurts. The date of the last session is there too. Oils, creams and disposable linen can be tracked in the stock of materials, so nothing runs out in the middle of a working day.
